Obama Camp Slimes David Freddoso
Capital Research Center ^ | September 18, 2008 | Matthew Vadum

With few exceptions, the mainstream media has fallen down on the job covering the meteoric rise of Senator Barack Obama, so when every once in a while a journalist takes an honest, critical look at Obama, people who believe in the democratic process should welcome the discussion. But instead of welcoming the opportunity, the Obama campaign tries to suppress legitimate debate by engaging in Leninist political theater.

If Obama has nothing to hide, what's he so afraid of?

The campaign's Obama Action Wire tried to drown out investigative journalist David Freddoso who wrote the New York Times bestseller, The Case Against Barack Obama, when he appeared September 15 on "Extension 720," a Chicago radio show.....

He has everything to hide. That's what he is afraid of. Association with known communists, terrorists, hate America religious fanatics, you name it. None are so blind that will not see and none are so deaf that will not hear.

Of course the Obama Camp wants to slime David Freddoso...I just finished reading the book and it is like dynamite.

The author methodically documents some rather damaging information that raises questions about Obama's fitness for the highest office in the land, especially his connections with Chicago Mayor Richard Daley and Tony Rezko.

Vadum says that "Specifically, he [David Freddoso] rejects the Corsi approach..."

I just read Corsi's book and found it to be a reasoned, well researched and well documented treatise that was extremely careful to avoid any ad hominem attacks. Corsi very well knew he would be scrutinized and did an outstanding job of presenting solid factual evidence that the Obama camp simply cannot refute.

I look forward to reading Freddoso's book, too, as well as hearing the audio file of the show once it is posted to Rosenberg's site.

Unless you are mind-numbed, “Jesus was a community organizer” Obama robot, you know that Barack Obama has very much to hide. The leftist are desperate to shut down any discussion of Obama’s true character. The elitist Liberal media, never ones to try to hide their Democrat politics, have abandoned even the slightest pretense of objective “reporting.”

I just picked up Freddoso’s book from the library yesterday, and have Corsi’s on request. I’m looking forward to reading them both.

I saw Freddoso on Bill O’Blather last night. Very reasonable presentation, when he was able to speak a complete thought before O’RiledUp interrupted.

BOR is angry about the stock market tanking. Much more angry than I’ve ever seen him about higher fuel prices that ‘the folks’ have been facing down for years now. I mean, this stock market thing affects HIM.

BOR is not fooling anyone but himself when he claims to be looking out for ‘the folks’, unless that’s code for looking out for himself.

Sorry - got a little OT there for a moment.

...”I mean, this stock market thing affects HIM.”...

Yes, and the estimated 50% of American households that have stock market holdings in the form of 401k/403b accounts, IRAs, and so forth. Stocks and the stock market are not just the concern of the “rich”. They are the concern of virtually every American, and much of the world as our market plays a huge role in the world’s economic system.
