Don't hold your breath waiting for it to happen. DemonRats investigating one of their own? ROTFLMAO. They can't even get Charlie Rangle to step down from his powerful committee chair. This in spite of plenty of evidence of tax fraud and evasion.

If Obama wins and the country survives that long then 2012 is out for Hill. It would be next to impossible for a candidate to unseat a 1st term president from their own party. 2016 would be easier but the party is almost required to give the nod to their current VP ( probably not Biden by then ). Hill's power would also be more diluted then. Look how she fared this time.

Done. However. I found it necessary to edit their poorly-worded form letter in the interest of personalization, respectfulness and accuracy:
September 19, 2008 Dear Representative Gohmert,
Dear Senator Cornyn,
Dear Senator Hutchison,
I respectfully urge that you, as my fellow Texan and elected surrogate in Congress, initiate hearings on Senator Barack Obama's apparent violations of the Logan Act.
On at least two separate occasions, as documented by NBC and The New York Post, Senator Barack Obama has attempted to negotiate a delay to an agreement re U.S. Forces' departure from Iraq until after the elections.
I feel that this is an egregious abuse of his position and is in violation of the Logan Act, which by historical judicial interpretation prohibits anyone, including members of Congress, from interfering with U.S. negotiations.
Thank you for dealing with this issue prior to the upcoming election.
Respectfully and Sincerely,
Example: the Logan Act prohibits such action; it does not "prevent" it (obviously -- since Obama did it)...

He has multiple violations -- first the campaigning for his cousin Raila Odinga in Kenya (in terms of chronology).
Then he tried to interfere with negotiations with the Iraqi government and the US Government (setting up his own private deal).
