When Liberals talk about change in this particular election, they mean two things.

1. "OK, enough Republican presidents! We Democrats are the rightful leaders of this country so, its our turn now!!!"

and

2. "Its time this country voted for a black guy regardless of his qualifications! America owes this to African Americans!"

Merit simply does not enter into their considerations. Group identity and party identity are all that matter.
