It sounds like a desk job, so who cares if he wears a skirt and has been ahem altered? Can we really afford to turn down people who are willing to fight against terrorism?yeah, but will he "fight" against terrorism? Libs love government nipple jobs...look at the State Department. They undermine conservatives in general and look to feather their beds with perks and once on the payroll are impossible to fire.
The less freaks we have in ANY position of authority or with the public's trust the better.
I bet he's going to be shocked to find out he can't get an abortion even though he's a woman...... An abortion, of course, being the ultimate feminine experience for a liberal woman.

The military must always run perfectly like a machine. There is no time for distractions and friction caused by oddballs. Peoples lives are at stake.

I believe you have a valid point. As a former Special Forces Commander she has acquired special knowledge that could assist the Library Of Congress as a terrorism analyst. A civilian firm will hire her in a heart-beat cause this area lacks such specials with such a large amount of training as former military. This is a civilian position has no military duties ... it is pure analyzing and writing papers which is extremely valuable in identifying, describing and disseminating information regarding the threat. Annual safety briefing covers paper cuts as major job worry.
That said there are many women in the military (all branches) who do perform duties in the intelligence analyst career fields (just as this would be) and do exceptionally well. Intelligent, hard working and dedicated women perform these duties on a daily basis. Also, I have know women in the military that can fire a weapon better than a man, knew one E4 that couldn't hit the side of a barn with a howitzer at 50 feet. Truth hurts. Arguments are valid against transitioning in the military, holding clearance being one area of real concern (blackmail, etc).
One post asked about Congress granting rights to transexual, they haven't by law. However this was won under the federal sex discrimination statute, Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the court saying that it does apply to transgendered people. This act has opened the doors for many in the past not specifically named in as many words in the act itself. The courts have applied a broad meaning.

My experience with the SPECOPS community is the men are damn fine warriors but many of their senior leaders are freaks, morons and degenerates.
