Michelle Kwan fans' opinions on Obama
MK fans forum ^

Posted on 09/19/2008 9:21:05 PM PDT by maccaca

Interesting stuff from Michelle Kwan's fans! Obviously, lots of former Hillary Clinton's supporters, but they are not 'The One''s biggest fans, on the contrary, most of them absolutely hate Obama!! ----------------------------------- Of course based on the comment where BO encouraged his supporters to go out and get in people's faces, yes, I guess that $9,000,000 can be used to hire some more thugs to intimidate people. This kind of inflammatory garbage is why I don't open my front door when somebody knocks during any campaign season. I guess his campaign needs a new bumper sticker: Vote for Obama OR ELSE!!!

... What a country. What a choice we have this year: A woefully inexperienced empty suit who can give a great speech, but who needs a teleprompter to talk and who believes he is entitled to the job of POTUS to the point of where he wants to get into the face of anyone who doesn't want to vote for him. ... I keep going around in circles. I know there are a lot of arguments about women's rights, and Roe Vs. Wade and the supreme court. Allegedly, I should vote for Obama because he "said" he supports equal pay for equal work and allegedly he is more on the side of women’s rights than McCain. I'm sorry, folks, but between the way Obama treated Hillary and the way he as flip flopped on so many issues that helped him take the primary, I don't trust a single word that comes out of his mouth anymore except, “Uh”.

Roe v. Wade is mostly symbolic now. They could strike it as federal law and nearly every state would likely implement some form of abortion as an option.

To put it blunt, many Asian Americans distrust black people, they absolutely hate affirmative action. They have this stereotypical impression that most African Americans are lazy and can’t survive without government’s handouts.

I still don’t understand why Obama is still pollinng very strong among hispanics...

By the way, most of those posters there are NOT Asian Americans.

If there is one group that won’t vote for someone because of their skin color, it’s not the whites, it’s the Asians.

They would never admit to it, but Asians cultures are typically very racist and they do not like blacks.

That would be a start though... Divide and conquer.

Asian-Americans provide a great example of race not being an issue as it relates to one’s possibilities of success in this country.

It’s a matter of chipping away at legal abortion slowly. Don’t fall into the leftist trap of assuming that immorality and stupidity, once implemented, are permanent conditions.

I know a lot of Asians (both Asian-Americans and actual Asians) and they think we’re insane for even considering putting Obama in office. They also think we’re insane for not controlling our borders, and for a variety of other things as well.

Over here, Taiwan, the only Obama supporters are the idiot Canadian, British and doofus US engrish teechurs.

Every Taiwanese with any knowledge of world politics is absolutely amazed at Obama being in the POTUS race.

I am a fan of Michelle’s and have been since ‘94. I joined the ‘Michelle Kwan Fan Forum’ when I first got a computer back in 2000 and had quite the spirited political discussions on the board. I quit the board a short time before they moved the board. There are that share of Demonrats/leftists on that board so it goes both ways, but I have always been admiring of Michelle’s great love of our country and the respectful and graceful manner in which she always presented herself. She is a class act and I am happy that she is not an avowed Bush hater as she was respectful in meeting with the President and has been part of Condi sending her to China with Karen Hughes as a goodwill embassador and she just may be well-informed in politics and she’s an honest kind of person who loves her country that I could see her at least not being a Demonrat. But I am glad there are those on the forum that aren’t buying the BS Obama and his media propagandists are pushing.

I’ve always liked Michelle Kwan and I’m pleased to see that she hasn’t subscribed to the irrational hatred of the left.

So true — ask a Korean grocer in Los Angeles what he thinks of many of his “customers.” It ain’t pretty.
