If you think agreeing with that statement indicates "latent prejudice," you just might be a far-left academic moonbat.

Yeah, well actually the facts show that it isn't a matter of "trying harder" but rather a matter of doing the right thing. Blacks in stable marriages, with at least highschool educations, without children out of wedlock, do just as well economically as Whites with comparable educations.
