Malcolm Hoenlein, featured at 8:20pm ET
Sounds like an interesting show (except for Vanden Heuvel of course).
Tanks!
Yes, I must say that I don’t understand his choice of guests. He claims that Vanden Heuvel and her husband, Stephen Cohen (professor of Russian and Russian history at New York University) are, or were, neighbors of his. So what. I find both of them extremely objectionable. Katrina is simply a spoiled, obnoxious, leftist twit; and Cohen, while not a twit, always takes the Russian view of current events. Hard to decide which is worse.
When he was on the 10pm-1am slot weekdays on WABC talk-radio, Batchelor always used to take the side of the global warming kooks.
I also noticed that, like many graduates of other Ivy League schools, Batchelor never misses an opportunity to remind his audience that he was graduated from Princeton. He loves to repeat it, as if it gives him automatic credibility. So tiresome.
At any rate, while I enjoy some parts of his show (he’s pretty good at interviewing authors, for example), I rarely listen to him anymore.
He could not afford to take a chance that they would attempt to revoke their organizations status.
Even John Bolton who was on some show Fri/Sat said this action was uncharacteristic of their organziation.
They do not play that card.
A rabbi was on religion on the line earlier this morning and said that tremedous pressure was place on them, along with a letter from one of the groups attorney that if Sarah spoke they could lose their status.
Thanks!
Another one of those weeks with what topic to hit first.
There are millions of people paying on a home they can’t afford so American taxpayers are bailing them out.
Bottom Line:
These people in their 4 bedroom homes ,two cars and big screen TVs are on welfare.
No better than the scum who don’t work and have 10 kids by several different guys sit and watch TV and down booze all day.
No difference.
Thanks for this evening’s thread. I was listening the first two hours on WMAL as I couldn’t get WABC to stream. WMAL only covers the first two hours and still no WABC. Anyone else have the same problem??
WABC working fine for me.
Never did get WABC to work with either IE or Firefox.
KFI now on with Batchelor who is explaining in awe of her drawing 60,000 at a rally in Florida.
I use Opera and click the link on streaming live.

Sounds like Palin draws a bigger crowd when McLame isn’t there.
Hey CD, I listened to WABC the first 3 hrs. with no real problem.
Now listening to the radio on KFI
Have also been checking in on the Yankee game, their last one at Yankee Stadium
That’s strange — couldn’t get him on WABC but have no problem with other stations.
Batchelor’s guests saying that its all older folks over fifty that showed up at the rally. Nothing unusual, Obama and McCain could do the same, Biden somewhat less.
Boy, they don’t have a clue.
I heard one report earlier that there were also young people at the rally. It wasn’t exactly an AARP meeting
Nope.
Thanks CD, Nice pics
