It's the celebration known as "El Dia de los Muertos Electorios" [The Day of the Dead Electors]. They will parade effigies of St. Obama [patron saint of Marxist socialism] through the streets on their shoulders.
My problem with Lisa is that she graduated from law school, passed the bar and immediately started campaigning for the highest attorney position in IL.
