Did you see Obama's speech at the Clinton Global Initiative shown on CSPAN today? Evidently the teleprompter froze up about 4 times. Obama just stood there for a looooonnnggg time until it came back. I couldn't believe it! Wonder what WJC was doing behind the curtains? BHO looked unprepared and we all know he can't say a word without that teleprompter. It is worth viewing if it is still available.

Yeah, Bammy’s about as ‘brilliant’ as a common street hustler.
There’s only so many chumps to go around... and Bammy seems to have attracted most of them... the rest of us are, eh, ‘stupid’ for not being taken in by a 2 bit bamboozler.
