This video should shake you to your core. Obama supporters in Missouri are blatantly announcing that law enforcement will be used to prosecute you if you are part of campaign ads that tell, in their opinion, "lies" about Barack Obama.

And we thought the Clinton machine was bad? This is frightening. When will the lies be prosecuted about Palin, McCain, and Limbaugh? The answer is, they won't. This is how a free republic is taken down. When will freerepublic be taken down?

Here is the issue. A lying, anti-Palin hit piece was put on YouTube, which looked very professional and used a voice over actress. It went viral and was reported in the mainstream media. Even the NY TIMES had to issue a retraction about the misinformation in the ad. It was put on YouTube after the retraction. A guy named Ethan Winner, from a PR firm in Los Angeles, finally admitted that he did it. He claimed hid did it all by himself and the voice over actress was find through an agency. He further claims that she had not done work for the Obama campaign.

I think Winner is lying. If the voices are the same in the hit piece, not declared as an Obama ad, and in the official campaign commercial, this is tied to Axelrod. See if you think the clips from the actress, who is coincidentally in Chicago, is the same voice as the ads. If Axelrod is behind this, I think he violated campaign finance laws and should be fired.

I heard this on Rush today. A very basic question begs - if they are going to arrest and prosecute folks for telling “lies” about Obama (their chosen One), what about the lies that Obama’s campaign (and Obama himself) have been telling about McCain?

Equal protection under the law truly applies here. Unfortunately, if an outspoken McCain supporter is telling the ugly truth about Obama in St. Louis, these two are going to railroad the person at least for a while with legal wranglings... basically silencing the constitutional rights of that person.
