So far I have had two NOBAMA bumper stickers peeled off of my car. I keep extras in the car.
We had a democrat do that here a few years back. He used the same excuse. Just being a good citizen blahblahblah. Of course he was a democrap operative. He was driving down the road and pulling up signs along the highway and throwing them in the back of his car. He got some jail time for it.
The Democratic Party is the party of crooks, thugs, criminals. They are the party of lawlessness. They also are winning the war because they realize = this IS a war.
The good guys are losing. This aint’ WWII - this is the battle for our national survival and it’s almost over.

There is a fine point here that makes her innocent.
There is likely a law that makes posting campaign signs on the public right of way illegal. The signs thus placed are in effect illegal and perhaps can actually be classed as litter on public ground. They ceased to be personal property when abandoned on the public right of way.
That is the law and interpretation locally. signs must be on private property.

Much as I hate dirty campaign tricks, I have to go with the sign “stealer” on this one. If the signs really were put in the public right-of-way, anyone can do what they want with them, because they’re litter. I detest campaigns that clutter up public property with their crap. May I suggest retaliation by taking down every Madia sign encountered on public property. You’ll be fighting both for your candidate and against visual blight.

If you have Republican bumper stickers on your car here in the “enlightened” SF Bay area, your car will get keyed. I’m thinking of getting a McCain-Palin sign to put in my apartment window.
But but but.....tearing down signs, keying cars, slashing tires and breaking windows, throwing pee and poop bombs are legitimate form of political expression - if you’re a Democrat. Yeah, right, I would really like to see that kind of reasoning hold up in a Minnesota court.
Either way the election goes in November, there will likely be violence, especially if the Dems lose.
I catch someone keying my car and my two good friends, (Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson), may have something to say about it.
