just called my congress critter (who is a republican). Now for the senators.
Yes, ask for your Rep to Congress and your Senator’s office. I just called and spoke with someone at my Rep.Bill Young’s office. Was told that Rep. Young is against ANY form of bailout with earmarks to Acorn. Also was told he agrees the legislation should be up on net before being voted on. I then called back to my Senator’s office. Martinez has no one ansering his office phone, and his mailbox was full so I could not leave a message.
Press mail box, brilliant!!!! If their voicemail is full.....LEAVE IT IN THE PRESS BOX!!!!

I asked Jim Webb that if he can’t vote no against the bailout could he at least put in an earmark to me to cover my portion of the taxes :-)
This is just crazy, we’ll just keep printing more money to cover the balance. Why not at the same time just say they will send every tax payer their portion of the $700 Billion? I know it’s stupid and makes no sense and neither does the bailout.

One thing that will speak louder than phone calls is send McCain $25! Money get’s their attention. If we are really behind defeating nobama a rush of donations to McCain will let them all know we are not going to take anymore crap lying down.

That was great! Wish I had thought of saying that in my messages and emails! Will when I call from another phone tomorrow, and email again tomorrow. They probably have blocked my email by now!

We just called all of our representatives and sent them emails. If you get a busy signal keep calling, they are there and they will answer.
I saw that....ignore them! If they can’t get into the spirit, then there is nothing we can do for them.
Does tea come in brick sizes and weights?
I just sent $100 to McCain via his website. Someone in DC should start a site to donate money so they could buy TEA and THROW IT AT THE CAPITAL.... I would give $100 to that too.

My Congressman and Senators have been contacted. I wonder if it would do any good to call other Congressmen, in other districts and states? Hmmm? I can call my Mom’s congresscritters (another state) and leave a message for her?

I just called both my rino senators (Alexander and Corker)and their mailboxes are full. So I sent them emails instead.
In the meantime, Alexander is up for election this year, and he wouldn’t dare cross us this badly. I told him if he voted for something that was a slush fund for Dem allies like Acorn and La Raza I would just as soon be represented by a real democrat, instead of a dem light.
(((sigh))) I am ready to send them a big box of acorns.
