While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher, who's hand was caught in the gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Obama and his bid to be our president.
The old rancher said, 'Well, ya know, Obama is a 'Post Turtle''.
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was.
The old rancher said, 'When your driving down a country road on you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a 'post turtle'.
The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face so he continued to explain. 'You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, and he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, and you just wonder what kind of dumb a** put him up there to begin with'.

Many may not remember this but this is the story Hillary told on CBS Sunday Morning Show right after the Monica Lewinsky story broke.
She said these rumors about this young intern were like turtles on fence posts. The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy put the turtle on the fence post. In her words she was thinking at that time that Monica was a ruse and Bill had not done anything that could be proven. Little did she know about the blue Gap dress stained with ........... Anyways. She told this turtle story on all three networks for at least a week.
This is where my sign on name comes from. The turtles eventually die and begin to stink. Monica eventually began to stink to high heaven and no amount of blaming the VRWC could make it anyone else’s fault but Bill’s.
Turtlestink was a name I thought would be good in opposing HRC for president. I hate to say it but I am afraid of Obama whereas I was just disgusted and frustrated by HRC. I wish we were fighting the Hildabeast now.

Yep, Nancy is a Post turtle too, but I don't think she is sitting flat on top of the post. From her facial expressions, and grouchy demeanor perhaps she might be positioned a bit differently on that post, if you get my drift, LOL
Which reminds me of the old joke about the man who asked an old country vet what to do about his cat that was horribly constipated.
“No problem there,” said the old vet, pulling out a pint bottle of laxative and offering it to the man, “Here you go. It’s on the house.”
“Well thankee, doctor,” said the man. “How much should I give him?”
“The whole bottle and all at once. Don’t take any guff from him until he drinks the whole thing,” said the vet.
About a week later the vet saw the man again, and asked him how his calf was doing. The man looked at him puzzled, and said he didn’t have a calf. He had a cat. “But that pint of laxative really got him going again,” he said.
“Good Lord, man!,” said the vet, “Is your cat okay?”
“Seemed so,” replied the man. “Last I saw of him, he had run off with five other cats. Three were in front of him digging holes. One was behind him, covering the filled holes with dirt. And the fifth cat was out ahead, looking for new places for them to dig.”
(I don’t know if this joke applies to Obama, but it might.)

Obama has won all his elections unopposed. Secondly, it’s becoming clear that he is merely a figurehead for people behind the scenes here and abroad and are calling the shots. He is puppet. The debate showed the shallowness of his background and thinking. He is simply the most unqualified person to ever run for president for a major party. If this guy wins, then somethin is really wrong in this country.

Amen. I’m hoping some 527 or PAC comes out with a real hard-hitting ad that graphically reminds voters that BO spent 20 years in his radical church. Most folks were not focused when the Rev. Wright scandal went down in the spring. God help us all if this radical ever inhabits the White House. I believe McCain/Palin will come up in polls after “credit crisis” abates. But will it be enough?

That is one of the biggest reasons why I want this credit crisis to not dominate so much of the news. I say blast Rev. Wright as much as you can as it reminds voters of what a dangerous man he is.
I am also hoping that there is more damaging info on him that will come out in October. There has to be some people out there that have been able to get information on him. He has such a shady past that nobody has vetted him on. Let’s hope it comes out in full swing this October. Not only do I want to see this man lose, but I want to see him lose with shame!

I actually tried to analyze his posts afterwards but most all of those threads had been lost.
For a month or two, I used to seek out his comments, hoping he was some super secret mole, only to learn that he was probably just messing with us all. Well done if that was his objective, although upon reflection, I would hope that the board admins would have simply pulled his threads. Oh well, it was good theater.
