He told Colmes to basically shut up and let him talk if he wanted him to be on the show. Then at the end he said anyone with a brain knows Palin won and that it obviously didn’t include Colmes.

Morris came on and said that he was being objective as he called the last debate for Obama, but that Palin crushed Biden. Colmes then tried to recite something to make some point against Palin and wouldn't let Morris talk. At that point, Morris totally lost it and said "ALAN YOU ARE GOING TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY, OR YOU ARE GOING TO GET ANOTHER GUEST ON". Colmes went dead silent at that point. Morris then went on to explain that Palin connected with voters like nobody since Reagan. He then said Alan is an idiot who can only read from a list of talking points. He finished by saying that ANYONE WITH A BRAIN would say that Palin won the debate, and that obviously Colmes doesn't have a brain.

Morris was making the point that Sarah won the debate hands down by connecting with the PEOPLE and Colmes was just rattling off idiotic “talking points” about McCains alleged “record”—
Morris basically told him to STFU and let him speak—do not interrupt me with your preplanned DemoRat talking points.
Instead of actually listening, Colmes just spouted off an obvious canned response- Morris called him on it -

Ok, Colmes was repeating over and over the things McCain did and didn’t do, like vote against raising minimum wage. The question was about this debate between the VP candidates, not McCain’s voting record. Colmes kept trying to pull a Hannity and talk over him with his talking points and Dick asked if he was going to let him or find another guest. Then he said something to the effect of “anybody who saw that debate saw she won, but Colmes doesn’t count”. Basically saying Colmes had no brains because he kept dragging DNC talking points and was talking over a discussion about the DEBATE with them.
