A few times each month I have to teach a class (adult professionals). It is pure lecture and lasts about 3 hours. I did it in heels ONCE. The next day I went out and upgraded my work shoes to include several pairs of cute flats.
LOL over the years I have gradually stopped wearing, first spiky heels (I still have em, they just sit in the closet and look pretty!) then to flats, and now I pretty much only really ugly things like croc sandals. I know they don’t look good, but my feet like me better!
