If I were the California Secretary of State, I would remove Obama’s name from the ballot unless he could prove his qualifications. i believe any State government could challenge his candidacy without a court case. After all, they can determine any candidates qualification to be on the ballot.

There has to be at least one state out there willing to take such an action if Obama continues to stonewall ponying up something as basic as a birth certificate. If he's so willing to obfuscate like this now can you imagine what he'd be like as president?

A number of attorney Generals of a number of states are saying they will not allow Nobama’s name on the ballots until he has proven his status as per the Constitution.
