The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

Are you certain of this?? If the people vote for Obama but is ruled ineligible, the person with the 2nd most votes should get the Presidency IMO, not the VP.

Good point. It doesn’t matter where he was born. If his mother is American he is an American.
This is wrong.. his mother was not old enough to qualify for this privelage. The father was a non-US citizen. If born outside the country, Barack would not have US Citizenship.
Barack wasn’t born of two American parents on foreign soil.
I would love to hear that Barry O is unqualified.

If just one state would decide that he does not qualify as he is not a natural born citizen, would that create enough of a controversy between the states to set up original jurisdiction with the Supremes?
Biden will be Veep at that point if Obama wins the election.
Obama would have shown some proof of citizenship when he applied for a passport.
The electors are electors in the first place because they're supporters of their candidate. I can't see Obama's electors suddenly voting for Clinton.
He would according to the 20th Amendment.
If Obama is disqualified then Biden would be the candidate with the most electoral votes.
But have you seen their birth certificates?

Because legally he isn't required to and I have this thing about following the law.
