Contrary to Internet Rumor, No Court Ruling Yet On Obama / DNC Motion to Dismiss in Berg v. Obama

I received a phone call from Phil J. Berg a few minutes ago. He informed me that a rumor is circulating on the Internet that the Court has ruled on the Motion to Dismiss filed by Senator Obama and the Democratic National Committee in the Berg v. Obama case. Some of the visitors to this website have posted comments claiming the Court has ruled. The comments on this site were written by visitors to the site.

On Mr. Berg's behalf, I am posting this to state clearly the Court has not yet ruled on the Motion to Dismiss in Berg v. Obama.

Here's the status:

1. Last week Senator Obama and the Democratic National Committee filed a Motion to Dismiss the Berg v. Obama lawsuit. 2. On Monday, Mr. Berg filed an answer requesting that the suit not be dismissed and that the Court order production of documents proving Senator Obama's consitutional qualifications to serve as President of The United States. 3. As of 1 AM EST today, October 2nd, 2008, the Court has not ruled on the Motion for Dismissal in Berg v. Obama.

I believe there is a conspiracy here; one mounted by Obama and his sychophants. . .find it odd and 'troubling' that he is using Jeffrey Sandler/CAIR; find it odd; that the 'bottom line' has been written by fact check; owned/supported. ..whatever. . .by Annenberg Foundation/Chicago and Obama-connected.

There is so much left to the 'dark' here re Obama that is defies Reason.

Which is not to say; that REASON here, will prevail. I hope it does; but. . .Obama has a 'deep reach' to enabling resources; that have yet to be explained.

Well; interesting. Seems to me the intent/outcome here should make for 'special consideration'. . .or SOMEthing! At the least, this could get more public attention; legitimate attention; so that he candidacy could assume 'proportion'. But of course, that is not the case and so we have a man; who already imagines a success of Leadership. We have only to look at his plane; his logo; his marketing; his 'culture of personality' so invited.

And of course, why mention his arrogance and political ruthlessness. . .

The title of this thread pisses me off. Why is this an internet rumor? If a forged document from a non-existing source (Lucy Ramirez?) and be all over the MSM then why is this story not being covered? (I do know the answer)

Did you have a chance to check the link in post 19? If the document is true, then Mr. Berg should be very happy. Kindly let us know what he says.

It's the document that Berg provided to the judge asking him to sign it. Until the judge signs it, it is not legal.

Agree. My thoughts here have always allowed room for Obama to ride this horse; gambling. ..(he IS a gambler, we know) that the stakes here will be too great to pursue and that there will be covert 'appeasement' and he will be our illigitimate President.

Of course; the Dems already created that 'other' myth; so as to protect them from their own machinations; that myth, now written and etched in American's 'consciousness'. . .that the Repubs stole the election from the real Dem winner; Algore. . .

And so, the Constitution; as a 'living,breathing' Document; will take a giant breath here and exhale a 'kinder, gentler' interpretation. . .if this IS challenged; post Election.

Thanks, guess that's legit. I think somebody did post that link on the newsgroup I was reading, but then a person claimed the court ordered:

1. Obama s vault version (certified copy of his original long version)
Birth Certificate; and
2. A certified copy of Obama s Certification of Citizenship;
3. A Certified copy of Obama s Oath of Allegiance.

Obviously somebody invented 1, 2, and 3, which I don't know how it originated and why.

His lawyer works for a private law firm that has done work for the DNC for years. I found one non-blog source that says that one of his clients was CAIR.

I wish his opponents in the primary had vetted him - or the lamestream media.

I certainly agree Obama is a disaster and that if he should be ineligible, it would be a mess to discover after the election.

But I can also see the legal position, there’s no system in place for checking eligibility and the courts cannot take that role on everyone who ever runs.

Well, maybe that way, but you’d also have to prove his knowledge and intent. And I think he intends to be president (and steal money that way. :) And he could plausibly deny knowledge - perhaps.

He’s not above the law, I just don’t think Sarah is the one who should be out front on this. There’s a law suit by a democrat lawyer under way right now and he’s a Hillary supporter. Let them air that particular piece of dirty laundry. Rush isn’t even running with this.

Obama have never once submitted to the type of security background check that a Private in the United States Marine Corps would have to go through to become a gate guard at a US Embassy.

In fact his refusal to do so is the reason that while the head of the Harvard law review he never once interned within the Federal Justice system under a Circuit Court Judge or a Supreme Court Justice.

A distinction Obama is the sole holder of, no other Harvard Law review president has ever distanced themselves from the US legal system in the way Obama did.
