Ah, but Ted Nugent was part of the NJ music thing. He played guitar for the “Amboy Dukes” back in the 60s.
But at least Ted has talent.
On the other hand, Bruce Brainstrain has always stunk. His music is pretentious and he always looks so self-important.
The band may have been called the Amboy Dukes, but they and the Nuge are from Michigan. Talk about a music scene - the Nuge, The Stooges, The MC5, Grand Funk!
That's the way that it goes. We perform miracles in raising our kids, get all sorts of accolades for being good in sales, as a Mom, etc, but nothing impresses the little ones like “We knew Mr Jonas when he was a worship leader”.
