Brilliant! A comment that is too simple for the MSM to mangle and it gives the snowball another little push.

Great!
They neeed to start with this and show that it has been a chain of bad judgment by Obama his whole career, he put his political advancement first and associated with very foul people to do it.
His judgment on the surge, on Georgia, all of it was bad.

"The comments are about an association that has been known but hasn't been talked about," she said. "It's important to talk about how Barack Obama kicked off his political career in the guy's living room."
Magnificent. As someone else pointed out on FR today, anything Sarah says is news. So the MSM will actually get this point (that Obama's political career began at a party in Ayers' home) to the public after they spent months ignoring it.
She's using them! And after the mindlessly hateful way the media treated her, it is also turnabout.
Got to get another check out to the Palin camp...er, the McCain campaign.

Senator Obama, when you started your political career in Williams Ayers’ living room, did he mention anything about the Boston policeman he killed with one of his bombs?

Where is McCain backing her up?

This is great for getting the base energized, but it will not sway independent voters. McCain has to convince independents he is the best one to deal with our economic problems or he is toast.

I read the whole article.... Good for Sarah!!!! She had the brass to simply say that the (holiest of holies) AP was WRONG about this matter. Yay Sarah! It does defy common sense to say that Obama and Ayers are merely acquaintances, when Ayers held a fundraiser for Obama in his own house! And not just a fundraiser the way you might now, at this time, when Obama is a known candidate — but back then, when he was a nobody. Which says to *me* that Ayers saw him as someone he wanted to cultivate because he was an up-and-comer. Someone he wanted to encourage. Someone he wanted to be friends with.
Really — do *you* have parties for people you barely know, in your own house? I don’t think most people do that.

I know Im not the first one to say a quiet Thank God! I just put a bumper sticker on my truck that says "Sarah Palin, Thank God!". It sounds like this Ayers story is finally making some headway. Hannity did a full hour on it Sunday night, the NYT lied about it, CNN told the truth about it, and it's all over talk radio and Fox News. I hope McCain brings it up tonight. Around here it looks like the campaign is picking up the pace. Let's hope so. The poll numbers this week are scary.
