Warner calls the NRA, prolifers, people of faith and home schoolers a Threat to America
Gilmore for Senate

You've read the quote. You've heard the rumors. Now, hear the audio of Mark Warner calling the NRA, people of faith, home schoolers and people who believe in the right to life "a threat to what it means to be an American."
When this issue first surfaced in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, then gubernatorial candidate Mark Warner "angrily denied the claim" and called it "inaccurate." But the audio will tell you a different story.

It's made up of a whole coalition of people that have all sorts of different views that I think most of us in this room would find threatening to what it means to be an American.
And what is his idea of what it means to be an American? Secular moral relativists, baby killers, appeasing surrender monkeys and young people indoctrinated by communist public schools?

A legitimate threat to America is Barack Hussein Obama.

How about Obama openly campaigning for his communist cousin Odinga who signed a pact with Muslims to enact Sharia Law if elected and started riots when he lost. Obama campaigned for an openly Anti-American candidate in a foreign country in 2006.

Wow, that really is a powerful video in a right-leaning state. I hope Gilmore has the funds to air it (or perhaps a cleaner version) on TV. Yes, I know he’s still trailing by a bunch of points, but this would almost certainly close the gap. And with a strong McCain/Palin turnout, who knows what might happen in November?

Hes been in DC too long. He's not in D.C. You're probably confusing this moron Mark Warner (Dem) with old-timer John Warner (RINO).

The news won’t cover they are in the tank for Warner so bad. Gilmore would be up or neck and neck in the state if the press covered him fairly. What they do is purposely tailor stories to be tit for tat.

Is there a reason why a solidly red (well, formerly at least) red state This is one of the biggest misconceptions on this forum. Virginia is not and has not been a solidly red state. Not by a longshot. It's a reliable GOP vote Presidentially, but for other races? Forget it. It's purplish blue.

Ok, fine, but there’s no reason ANY Republican should be trailing a Democrat by 20 pts. What’s up with the political bench down there?
To: Gopher Broke
I think he meant to say a threat to Democrats.

I don’t really have an answer. Gilmore’s not really down by 20 points, but he’s certainly trailing thanks to (apparently, according to polls) a significant amount of crossover GOP votes.

If it is not on TV, it’s not a commercial - it’s a web ad.
