Phil J. Berg filed an amended complaint today in Berg v. Obama. The amended complaint adds the Pennsylvania Department of State, the Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortes (in his official capacity), the U. S. Sentate Committee on Rules and Administration, and Senator Diane Feinstein (in her official capacity as chairman) for their failure to exercise due diligence with respect to Barack Obama's contitutional qualifications to be elected and serve as President of The United States, and for his inclusion on the ballot in Pennsylvania as a candidate for President of the United States.
The amended complaint also bolsters the standing argument and adds additional relevent facts.
Essentially, the argument is this:
* Senator Obama could put this whole issue to rest by providing an official "vault copy" birth certificate. * Senator Obama has chosen not to do so. * The defendants (other than Obama) have a responsibility to protect the integrity of the electoral system by properly vetting the qualifications of candidates, which they have failed to perform. * Mr. Berg, other Americans, and our system of government are damaged by this failure. * Senator Obama, who has collected $425,000,000 in campaign contributions, has perpetrated a fraud.
Following are some of the factual statements made in the amended complaint (The complete complaint is attached below):
36. Obama is a representative of the Democratic People. However, Obama must meet the Qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which he must be a “natural born” citizen. Additionally, Obama must be at least a “naturalized” citizen to hold his Office of U.S. Senator for Illinois. Unfortunately, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen, nor is he a “naturalized” citizen. Just to name one of the problems, Obama lost U.S. citizenship when .. mother married Indonesian citizen..

No hospitals in Hawaii have records of his birth. No doctors or nurses have come forward to say, “I remember the Obama’s and the Senator’s birth!” There wouldn’t have been many black/white interracial marriages or births in Hawaii at that time, 1961. Such marriages were rare, even on the mainland, and the couple and baby would have been memorable.
There are questions about that record in the newspaper, as the type used for that birth announcement for Barack Hussein Obama appears to be different than the type used on the rest of the page. Very odd, and certainly NOT proof of birth.
How do you get a passport without a birth certificate?

Why would it be Soetoro when he didn't come into the picture until long after Obama was born?

Spell Check 1.668 detects an error in paragraph 57. “Too” should be “to.”
At the risk of overstating the obvious, Beg could put the whole issue to rest by providing evidence that Obama was not born in Hawaii.
Honestly, I am more concerned about his INDONESIAN citizenship gained through his adoption by Mr. Soetero when he was a minor child. I’m also wondering WHICH passport Obama used when traveling to Pakistan via Indonesia in the 80s (back when US citizens could NOT go there).
I’m glad that Berg has amended to ask these questions. The Indonesian government has covered up a lot of paperwork about Obama... I’d have to look up the name of the politician who went there, but it has been alleged that as part of some deal with the Indonesian gov’t (whom this politician was NOT friendly with JUST PRIOR to his trip regarding Obama) that the government has covered up these documents pertaining to Obama’s citizenship. Again, I’d have to look up further info. on this to give you the name and such, but there are serious questions about Obama’s “dual allegiances” in relation to Indonesia - regardless of what did or didn’t happen in Hawaii.
Another interesting point is that Berg is a Clinton supporter.
Obama must have people at the DNC who know the real story. That is why they are stonewalling it too.
The real story must have been passed on to Berg via DNC connections. It is somewhere in the massive lawsuit documentation.
I don’t believe that this is just a fabrication of Berg’s.
Obama only showed a COLB, a Certificate of Live Birth. It’s not an official Birth certificate.
Just like Obama refusing to release his records from Occidental College, Columbia University, Harvard Law School and any of his medical records.
What is there to hide, Senator? I mean, after all, you’ve sent an army to Alaska and even found out what Gov. Palin’s used toilet tissue looks like.
Hey, Obama! If you want to be POTUS, and want the respect and loyalty of all of America’s citizens, then quit hiding the things that will give us the confidence in you to do so.
another article I read on this Berg v obama case is that obama claims dual citizenship.
Because Barack was officially adopted by Soetero and the “Obama” certificate (if his father was named on it to begin with) would’ve been vaulted away. As an adoptee (in almost all states) your OBC is NOT accessible after a legal adoption without a court order - and even then it’s a VERY tough legal battle to have access.
Because a new birth certificate was issued when he was adopted and the previos one sealed. It was in the other thread that you were in where this was discussed.

I can understand your earlier incredulity. Stranger than fiction.
I would also point out that you cannot lose U.S. citizenship if someone else (e.g., a parent) has also obtained citizenship for you in another country before you reach the age of 18. 8 U.S.C. § 1481(a)(1).
