If he’s offering. Just sayin’....

Does that mean the government is going to pay off my mortgage? Too bad I didn’t buy a bigger house a few months ago. Darn!
To: cdchik123
if they did this,
it would have to be done before the inauguration
in order to be effective.

What burns me is that Sarah is going to have to go out tomorrow and defend this idiocy. Romney will be chomping at the bit to hang it around her neck in 2012 when it inevitably fails.
Sarah is an all-pro player on a 3-13 ball club. She's only the veep candidate - she can't be expected to carry McCain to a win, but it looks like she's going to have to because McCain is simply unable to do it for himself...

Yes, except for the critical mortgage-buying agency.

I feel like he was trying to be populist but this will come off as really dumb imo.

Exactly the question I’ve been asking myself.

What the hell are we doing with the 700 billion? I thought that is what the government was already doing. That's what I thought. I guess I''m confused.

McCain did advocate a spending freeze. I think the mortgage Idea is stupid. He can’t out do Obama.

That was a bill that has already passed before the bailout bill, McCain just didn’t explain that part. I’ll bet most people watching didn’t even catch that.
