I know it’s controversial to notice the fashion sense of women candidates, but doesn’t Sarah seem like she dresses much more nicely that Hillary? Hillary made those pantsuits her trademark. I don’t think Hillary wears those pantsuits when she’s in the Senate.
I know this is woman’s cross to bear, as far as clothes and image and all that. Men seldom if ever are called to task on their appearance.

the leftist media and their co conspirators in hollywood are going to be real disappointed when their efforts to destroy Palin fail. Regardless of what happens next month, she has weathered the onslaught and I suspect it’s going to be a case of “Was mich nicht umbingt, macht mich starker”. Should she want to, she can be a real player on the national political scene for the next twenty years.

Does not matter. It will backfire. Some people will vote for her because she’s a conservative, some will vote because she has the looks. Some will vote for both reasons. The more they push the sex angle it will make her all the more attractive to that particular voter. It won’t phase conservatives a bit.

There was a time, not too long ago, when the point of photojournalism was to give people a visual representation of an event, in order to support a verbal description of the event. Nowadays, photojournalists try to “tell a story”, and shoot from all kinds of odd angles and use various tricks to inject their own opinion and agenda into the photographs.
Frankly, the result is worthless. I don’t really care what story a photojournalist wants to tell. If I want his opinion, I’ll beat it out of him. An undistorted photograph of an event can be revealing, but it is impossible to glean any useful information from news photography these days, because the photojournalist is constantly manipulating the situation and standing in the way.
Of course, it is far worse the last month or so. The leftists in the media are going completely bonkers over Barack Obama and they are throwing everything they can think of at Sarah Palin. Hopefully, it is becoming clear to even the most disinterested observer that the main stream media is no longer to be trusted, and that they will manipulate, cheat and lie at every opportunity to advance their agenda.

Indecent would be a similar photo of Hillary.
