Did Bernardine Dohrn Mentor Michelle [Robinson] Obama at Chicago Law Firm?
"The media has been very gentle on Michelle Obama, but one blogger asks a very interesting question about Bernardine Dohrn's possible mentoring of Michelle at Sidley Austin in Chicago, where Dohrn worked as a paralegal [her felony conviction meant she couldn't pass the Illinois bar exam] while Michelle was an intern during summers while in law school. Michelle was later taken into the prestigious firm when she graduated from Harvard Law. Michelle in turn mentored Obama in '89 & they eventually married.
The MSM will never ask any questions about Dohrn & Michelle [Robinson] Obama intersecting at Sidley Austin. It would be nice if Republicans had more investigative reporters because my inquiring mind would like to know.
It might be that the Ayers-Dohrn relationship with the Obamas goes back earlier and the relationship could be much more extensive than previously reported."

“My government is my worst enemy. I’m going to fight them with any means at hand.”
This was former revolutionary terrorist Bill Ayers back in his old Weather Underground days, right? Imagine what Sarah Palin is going to do with this incendiary quote as she tears into Barack Obama this week.
Only one problem. The quote is from Joe Vogler, the raging anti-American who founded the Alaska Independence Party. Inconveniently for Palin, that’s the very same secessionist party that her husband, Todd, belonged to for seven years and that she sent a shout-out to as Alaska governor earlier this year. (“Keep up the good work,” Palin told AIP members. “And God bless you.”)
AIP chairwoman Lynette Clark told me recently that Sarah Palin is her kind of gal. “She’s Alaskan to the bone … she sounds just like Joe Vogler.”
So who are these America-haters that the Palins are pallin’ around with?
Before his strange murder in 1993, party founder Vogler preached armed insurrection against the United States of America. Vogler, who always carried a Magnum with him, was fond of saying, “When the [federal] bureaucrats come after me, I suggest they wear red coats. They make better targets. In the federal government are the biggest liars in the United States, and I hate them with a passion. They think they own [Alaska]. There comes a time when people will choose to die with honor rather than live with dishonor. That time may be coming here. Our goal is ultimate independence by peaceful means under a minimal government fully responsive to the people. I hope we don’t have to take human life, but if they go on tramping on our property rights, look out, we’re ready to die.”
This quote is from “Coming Into the Country,” by John McPhee, who traipsed around Alaska’s remote gold mining country with Vogler for his 1991 book. The violent-tempered secessionist vowed to McPhee that if any federal official tried to stop him from polluting Alaska’s rivers with his earth-moving equipment, he would “run over him with a Cat and turn mosquitoes loose on him while he dies.”
Vogler wasn’t just a blowhard either. He put his secessionist ideas into action, working to build AIP membership to 20,000 — an impressive figure by Alaska standards — and to elect party member Walter Hickel as governor in 1990.
Vogler’s greatest moment of glory was to be his 1993 appearance before the United Nations to denounce United States “tyranny” before the entire world and to demand Alaska’s freedom. The Alaska secessionist had persuaded the government of Iran to sponsor his anti-American harangue.
That’s right … Iran. The Islamic dictatorship. The taker of American hostages. The rogue nation that McCain and Palin have excoriated Obama for suggesting we diplomatically engage. That Iran.
AIP leaders allege that Vogler, who was murdered that year by a fellow secessionist, was taken out by powerful forces in the U.S. before he could reach his U.N. platform. “The United States government would have been deeply embarrassed,” by Vogler’s U.N. speech, darkly suggests Clark. “And we can’t have that, can we?”
The Republican ticket is working hard this week to make Barack Obama’s tenuous connection to graying, ’60s revolutionary Bill Ayers a major campaign issue. But the Palins’ connection to anti-American extremism is much more central to their political biographies.
Imagine the uproar if Michelle Obama was revealed to have joined a black nationalist party whose founder preached armed secession from the United States and who enlisted the government of Iran in his cause? The Obama campaign would probably not have survived such an explosive revelation. Particularly if Barack Obama himself was videotaped giving the anti-American secessionists his wholehearted support just months ago.
Where’s the outrage, Sarah Palin has been asking this week, in her attacks on Obama’s fuzzy ties to Ayers? The question is more appropriate when applied to her own disturbing associations.
I don’t care much for either candidate but trying to paint Obama as a terrorist while Palin has these sorts of connections is incredible.
You may not like what I just posted but it will not change the fact that it is true.
The election is not about terrorists. It’s about failed policies that have left the country floundering more than in the lifetime of anyone posting here.
You think McCain is the solution, fine. You think Obama is the solution, fine. I doubt that either is or that anyone is. We are headed down a dark road and the politics of hatred is rising to the forefront on both sides and the people promoting them are all scum, no matter their side.
Folks like Davis were delusional. Unfortunately, the delusion continues to the present day. See, e.g., William Ayers.
The only places that Marxism survives are North Korea and Cuba, and look how good they’re doing. Ayers and the rest of the Left haven’t woken up to the fact yet.

Davis, who was investigated by the FBI and various congressional and official inquiries, was a CPUSA member. In fact, as AIM has documented, Davis was involved in the CPUSA or its front activities, before, during and after World War II, and became a member of a secret communist apparatus in the 1950s after the CPUSA in Hawaii was reorganized on an underground basis.
AIM had confirmed that Obama’s white grandfather, Stanley Dunham, picked Davis because Obama’s black father had abandoned the family and Dunham thought Obama needed a black father-figure. AIM also confirmed that Davis was Obama’s mentor during the critical years 1975-1979.
Harnden claimed in a preceding article that Obama was introduced to Davis in 1970 when he was only nine years old. This would mean that Davis was an influence over Obama for about nine full years, until Obama was 18 and went off to college.
Harnden quotes Dawna Weatherly-Williams, a friend of Davis’s, as saying that Stanley Dunham brought Obama to meet Davis in the autumn of 1970. She “was chatting with him [Davis] that late autumn afternoon as Dunham and Barry [Obama] approached,” Harnden reports.
Harnden also reports that Davis and Dunham smoked marijuana together. Dawna Weatherly-Williams said that “Frank never really did drugs, though he and Stan would smoke pot together,” the paper said. Obama, of course, also admits that he used marijuana and cocaine in his youth.
Citing passages from Obama’s own book, Dreams From My Father, which was published in 1995, Harnden demonstrates how Obama went to “Frank” for advice about racial issues, college, and other matters at critical periods in his life. Clearly, the relationship between them, as concluded by many observers, was strong.

Notice that Stanley's employment history is along a regular route of progression for a certain type of CIA field operative ~ right down to the Pakistani bank deal.
I'm not sure we can gauge her political orientation as an adult with her childhood contacts.
Someone probably knows all about her but has NOT come forward with the information.
Please. Ayers and Dorhn and their cohorts actually did bomb 27 different U.S. targets, and killed police and security officers. The AIP, as far as I can tell, just screamed a lot about independence and their hatred of Washington bureaucrats.
Hussein and Ayers and thier ilk HAVE apparently succeeded with their Saul Alinsky/Cloward-Piven strategy of bringing about the collapse of capitalism through generations of relentless overwhelming & bum’s-rushing the mechanisms of entitlement, with ACORN tactics and welfare fraud, etc.
Join the struggle against Hussein’s anti-white, anti-American communist legions, or be considered the enemy.
There is no equivalence whatsover between Huusein’s and Palin’s background/allegiances.

I and others say they (Hussein, Ayers, & Dorhn) met at Columbia U./Bond College in NYC in the early ‘80’s. They were all there at the same time, and they all wound up in Chi-town together.
Obama is the child of a USSR sleeper agent or is he the sleeper agent. I am confused. Seriously, 1967 would be a good time to insert one, but I think they are just fellow travellers.
I still don’t understand how Stanley Ann and Nobama Sr could be “married” in the first place.
He was married with a wife and 2 children in Kenya. Just going to another country and finding another wife doesn’t make that a legal act.
Nobama himself has written that he has never searched for his mother’s marriage documents.
It is also apparent that he hasn’t search for his own birth certificate.
If Berg has a document stating Nobama was born in Kenya, I don’t think the judge can ignore the lawsuit.

Ayers, Dorhn, the New Party (NP), DSA-, and former WUO-types have quietly been making strikes against capitalism and our Constitution through everything they do on behalf of Socialism, e.g., through the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, campaigns for NP members, fund-raisers like Obama's first, fraudulently-represented grant of charitable and tax-payer funds, the Woods Fund, ACORN, etc.

I am not putting them in the same room. I am not even saying they knew one another. As a matter of fact, I am not saying anything.
In light of:
Obama’s mother is roughly the same age as the radicals of the 60’s
She grew up in a very radical area
She seems to have adopted the idealogy of the 60’s
I was wondering if perhaps Obama may have made connections to the far left through his mother. Did her path ever cross with any of the names associated with the WUO? That’s all.
What better place to confirm or deny? Besides that, there was information I did not know. Her affiliation with the Ford Foundation, her interest in microlending, her difficult relationship with her father, etc. I especially did not know she spent time in Pakistan (sp)
I am the first to admit not one of those facts are relevant in terms of cause and effect, but it does give a better picture of the person Obama says had the greatest influence on him.
It also gives us a barometer when Obama speaks about his mother.
I do not consider it right winged anything. I consider it a search for knowledge. Knowledge is power.

Actually, I wish I could change my reply #9, that Obama’s mother was a communist. She certainly seems to have been far left leaning, but I don’t think we know enough to say she was an out and out communist like many of his associates (Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Michael Klonsky, Rev Wright, his ‘cousin’ Raila Odinga in Kenya, on and on).
