BTW folks Obama earlier today promised Small Business Administration loans for small business. Essentially Obama is promising to make the SBA the new Fredie and Fannie Mac.
The SBA will directly compete with banks with the SBA giving the slow creep that gave us FM/FM.

I am watching The Rifleman reruns on the Western Channel.
They showed the modification to Mccains lever that allowed the pump and shoot action. It was a screw that impinged on the trigger whenever the lever was closed.
What I wonder now (I didn’t even think of it as a kid in the 50’s and 60’s when Lucas McCain was my hero) is when he does that big circular re-cocking swing of the rifle, how come it never shoot him in the hip or foot as the breech closes on another round.

I hope you’re right, but this is almost certainly how the democrats are playing it.
I wish Hannity, FoxNews, etc. would do indepth reporting on the absurdity that is this election cycle’s polls. If that story (ie, the ridiculously heavy weighting of democrat responses) was out there, Obama supporters would be less inclined to follow Obama’s directives to riot.

I agree with you about showing support for McCain/Palin. Maybe Rush’s thinking is that if DEMS think Obama has it in the tank, that they won’t bother to go vote so McCAin wins. But I think like you that it could backfire and make folks on our side give up and not bother to vote. Or, it would make conservatives who have said they won’t vote for McCAin no matter what, change their minds. I don’t know, but hope and pray McCain/Palin win on November 4th!
