Not only on teen sex, but on every area of dangerous behaviors!
Having an intact family structure gives kids an even chance for success. The presence of a mom and dad, who fight through the hard times is enormously beneficial and is the role model for future relationships. Small wonder that the chickens of loose morals are coming home to roost. We now have generations of families with broken families and no concept of what a proper mom-dad-mother-father-child relation looks like.
