I'm not defending wtc911 or Roger Gay here but doing research on the internet is not necessarily stalking. I think Mr. Gay might welcome people looking him up online in order to read more of his writings. If I'm mistaken, I'm sure he'll say so.
This assumes that the woman KNOWS the guy's name. And this is not that unlikely if she's dating a thug from the hood who answers to a street name and does not give out his real legal name.
Problem is that the people responsible for this gross miscarriage of justice include all the elected Republicans and Democrats in the country. They include the judges that have been supporting the corruption for the past few decades. So you’re asking that the people in power act against themselves, which they’re not going to do.
I can't argue with the validity of that but at least Reagan publicly endorsed the benefits of a traditional family life and acted as "something" of a role model for that in his second marriage with Nancy. GWB and his father have done the same.
It is one thing for a politician to talk the talk on *any* subject but few of them walk the talk in their own personal lives. I think a politician who does what he says others should do, should at least get credit for doing that much.
i don’t have a problem with naming the father....that is the real father and in a case like this when it is proven that you are not then the courts need to deny payments to the momther and go after her for lying. why should the mother be given a free pass just to live off the system.
our systems are out of control is all i can say. they want someone to pay and they don’t care who it is as long as they don’t have to deal with it any longer. its the same as railroading people through the court system and putting them in jail just because of an overzealous young prosecutor that wants to make a name for him or her self only to find out years later that the party was innocent.

Except Reagan, as you know, is not a good reference in this context. More verification was needed in judgments of his work on family law reform.
You make it sound as though only poor kids, or black kids, or Mexican kids are rutting around like dogs. Yesterday I learned that my lily white, high upper class nephew and his "long time" (never heard of her before) girlfriend are having a baby in February. I urged his mother to tell him to get a DNA test BEFORE he signs *any* papers WRT the baby. She scoffed and called me paranoid. Well, I tried.
I guess its just my week to be disbelieved on the importance of these sorts of issues. I think I'll change my name to Cassandra. Oh, the irony.

No ... I mean this all started with “welfare reform” - which was actually family law reform. It was the result of Ronald Reagan jumping on the N.O.W. bandwagon and then selling it to the public with conservative rhetoric. I think you know that.
