That’s one thing that always confused me.
The Mustang Ranch was a very successful brothel, and was seized because the owner didn’t pay his ‘fair share’ of taxes. This brothel charged people money, to get screwed.
The government (the all-time greatest screwer for money) takes it over, and messes it up so bad they just close it.
