Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?
A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?
One explanation is that Obama's mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama's father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband's family because she's white.

Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumours created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.
The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.
When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.
When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.
On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.
Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

The skeptical part of me says that the papers will show Obama was "born" in Hawaii. Everyone fighting this issue are being set up (or so goes the theory).
Nothing would surprise me at this point — I have come to the conclusion he wanted to get elected and then challenge the Constitution now allowing someone like him to be President.
He traveled to Pakistan in 1981 when Americans were not allowed to travel there on an American passport because Pakistan was on the State Department Black List. Only diplomats were allowed into Pakistan with a diplomatic passport. You also had to be Muslim to travel to Pakistan so one would rightly assume he was traveling on an Indonesia passport.
It could be verified if our Government hadn’t decided to make private all passport records of candidates. Why are they not open to public view — the man wants to be President of the United States and we as the voters should have access to all the information including where he traveled. Condi Rice fired the contractors looking at his passport file. She also briefs him daily on foreign affairs and called him on Georgia.

If he went to Indonesia a country that does not recognize dual citizenship and in fact the US did not recognize dual citizenship until ten years ago, then that could create problem whether he was born in Hawaii or not.
Some people on here have a tendency to be pessimistic instead of doing some research on their own.
The interesting sideline to all of this is that “texasdarlin” and one of her researchers posted a newspaper clipping from the “Honolulu Advertiser” showing a birth announcement for 0. The address of the parents were given in the clipping. However, no one with the name 0bama or Dunham ever occupied the house according to Honolulu County public records. The only thing I could find was that his grandmother with the last name of Dunahm raised 0 in an apartment in Honolulu, and still lives in the same apartment today.

I find that weird because I personally know an American who visited Pakistan in the early 80’s. I went to college with a Pakistani. When he graduated, his American roommate flew over to visit him. This would have been 82 or 83.

The whole issue of what “natural born” even means is questionable.
McCain is because he was born in territory held by the U.S.
Anybody born to an American citizen anywhere is a citizen of the United States. It is just a question of whether they are natural born. They may not be in some cases, such as Obama if he were born in Kenya. McCain clearly was since he was technically born on U.S. soil. However, if Obama was born in Kenya, he clearly was NOT. Is he natural born?
The courts would have to decide that one. I would be they would rule in his favor even though I personally would think that would make him not natural born.
This issue is much bigger than Obama. If he becomes president and it is later revealed that he was born on foreign soil, particularly if the Dems are still in power, there will be a move to change our constitution regarding the eligibility of those born on foreign soil to become president. It will be a moot issue then. This will open the floodgates and I suspect that this might be part of the reason Obama was tapped by his handlers to run for president.
Even if Obama was born in outer space, he is a natural born citizen. His mother was an American citizen and met the requirements of living a specified amount of time in the US. She registered him in Hawaii as an American citizen.
This is sapping energy from the anti-Obama movement which could be spent doing something productive. Focus on Ayers. Focus on his Marxist ideology. Focus on his waffling on the issues. Focus on his “green behind the ears” lack of experience. All these are worthwhile. Obama’s birthplace is a red herring, planted by “a lifelong Democrat.”

As best I can determine, no one. It's an honor system. The applicant applies to be on the ballot in each state. Obviously no state demanded supporting evidence such as an original birth certificate.
However, at this point the Senate should be investigating. Diane Feinstein is head of the Committee with jurisdiction and no way is she going to start an investigation before the election.

Seems that’s the easiest way to go — FIND THOSE PAPERS right here in the USA. Where he got into colleges, showing he was born in Kenya.

And even if Obama were born in Kenya, he was born to a U.S. citizen. Which means that he acquired U.S. citizenship at birth himself, and is thus arguably qualified as a "natural born citizen." (Note the use of the word "arguably" -- no one has ever determined one way or another whether someone who is a U.S. citizen at birth but was born on foreign soil is a "natural born citizen.")
Plus, if he really were born in Kenya, and then was flown back to the U.S. by his mother, he would have needed a U.S. passport, which he only could have gotten if his mother had obtained a Consular Report of Birth Abroad from the U.S. embassy or consulate in Kenya. That would certainly be readily available to anyone seeking it.
That such a thing hasn't surfaced says to me that the Bush administration was not behind 9/11.
He is not natural born if born in Kenya because at that time his mother was not 21 so she could not have given him American citizenship to make him natural born. You had to live in the States for 10 years and five of those years after the age of 16 and she was 18. She could have enrolled him when she got back but he still would not be eligible as a natural born citizen. If she had been 21, he would have been considered born to an American citizen abroad who qualified.
I didn’t even know until doing the research that ten years ago, the United States started recognizing dual citizenship. Two countries that don’t — Kenya and Indonesia.
The only thing interesting about all this to me is that obama feels the need to lie about it.
