Frank Gaffney at The Washington Times made reference to Philip Berg's lawsuit against Barack Obama in yesterday's paper, apparently, stating the following in an article entitled "The Jihadist Vote":
"Another question yet to be resolved is whether Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States, a prerequisite pursuant to the U.S. Constitution. There is evidence Mr. Obama was born in Kenya rather than, as he claims, Hawaii. There is also a registration document for a school in Indonesia where the would-be president studied for four years, on which he was identified not only as a Muslim but as an Indonesian. If correct, the latter could give rise to another potential problem with respect to his eligibility to be president. Curiously, Mr. Obama has, to date, failed to provide an authentic birth certificate which could clear up the matter."
Philip Berg, just last evening, mentioned that he had completed a lengthy interview with a reporter from The Washington Times who had not yet heard of the federal suit and was "extremely intrigued by the whole thing." Upon hearing about this story, however, Berg mentioned that the reporter he spoke with was not Frank Gaffney -- so perhaps there is more to come.

I think this is a point that people are missing, Obama may be lying about his birthplace to everyone.
It is not just the legal issues, which are of overriding importance, but to most sheeple the lying would be more of an issue than the law.
Shocking development: Mrs Obama decides enough is enough: “My husband was born in Hawaii and adopted by his step father, does that make him unpatriotic; she asks”, on a direct telephone to API.

Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumours created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.
When API told her that our online news media was only relaying what the American Bloggers and other media outlets had discovered through their investigations, Mrs Obama was angered and she came out loud with the following: “African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” and she went to state that, “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telefon to API.”
This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.
The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.
When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.
When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.
On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.
Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

Berg’s a nutbar Bush-hater from way back; in 2001 he asked Supreme Court Justices Thomas, Scalia and O’Connor to voluntarily disbar themselves for their decision in Bush v. Gore. He also sued President Bush in 2004 under a RICO lawsuit on behalf of Willie Rodriguez.

Besides a 'piece of paper', there's got to be other evidence to point this in the direction of Kenya. For example, if he 'was' born in Kenya, there's got to be other side evidence pointing to this...
- such as timeline out of the country
- when did he get into USA for first time
- would a U.S. Passport had to been issued to get back in?
- hospital records in Hawaii?
Just seems like a piece of paper saying you were born halfway around the world from where you were actually born seems a bit of a stretch to make up.

From what I have read, there is a timeline placing his mother in Kenya near his birthdate, and supposedly someone in Kenya claims there is a record for his name at a hospital there, plus there are those among his own Kenyan relatives who say he was born there. I think all that is part of Berg’s court docs (but I could be misremembering). And then there’s that whole fake BC from Hawaii thing...
What do you have to do to be called a "Journalist"? Do you just have to have the degree? I mean, damnit man, all you gotta do is read FR and you get EVERYTHING. How easy would it be to be a journalist today with the financial backing of an major news corp. I tell so many people the "secret" of me being so informed is FR, but few catch on.
The only other thing that makes sense is that there is a major problem (foreign birth) and he wants to put this off in the hopes that it will be forgotten. If he is elected and sworn in, but was in fact foreign born, imagine the possibilities for blackmailing him.

I think you are wrong about that, there was a relative of one of the 9/11 victims that filed the suit and I think she (name was Mariani) hired Berg as her attorney, I do not think Berg himself actually filed the lawsuit on his behalf. I may be wrong but I thought I heard that.
Some may think Berg is a nut because of lawsuit he may have filed on behalf of others but the fact is he was actually the deputy AG in PA so he is not exactly some ambulance chasing attorney and also the fact that Obama’s camp has filed motions to oppose the discovery is kind of suspect. Why not just produce it and have it over with?

A suit was also filed yesterday in the state of Washington to force the Secretary of State to require Bozo to produce proof that he is actually qualified to run for President. This is the job of the Secretary and should have been done before Bozo was put on the ballot.

Totally agree with you. Just saying the average person (including obama supporter) does not know they are being lied to by him and the media.
My daughter, for example did not like some of the things I was telling her about Obama. Her main reason to vote for him was the world will not hate us anymore. I know...
Then I told her that he is probably not a natural born citizen and not eligible to be POTUS. I sent her to Obamacrimes.com she could not believe that he got as far as he did because she knew that you have to be a citizen to be POTUS. Took the wind out of her sail fast.
If they did understand that he is lied about his birthplace/citizenship, I believe more would vote against him even if the court case was not settled in time for the election because of technical maneuvers.
It doesn’t matter what you think of him. He is an accomplished attorney who has opened a court case requesting documentation of a birth certificate and school records.
It really doesn’t matter what you think of him, Obama has a responsibility to show the citizens of the United STates of America that he is eligible to be President and Commander in Chief!
