Well it is interesting that the press base is not in Africa, maybe because of dangers in Africa. A friend is a reporter in Africa but base is in UK. It is not unusual but now I am curious why? *^}
I persoally believe the API editor. If false, API is disgraced. Even though Obama flatly denies it, they assume some unheard of news org’s charges would be dismissed as internet blogger tricks; ...as it IS being dismissed by many serious minds here.
If Obama’s flat denial were genuine, he would be screaming at the top of his lungs to prove it. “Release the tape dumbass! You prove our campaign’s point that scurilous, dirty tricks are being perpetrated by Republicans.” In other words; if the call never happened, Uhhhhh-Bama would be having a field day, begging for the release.
The fact that “That One” denied it so quickly tells me something happened. He just arrogantly assumes the internatioonal press is just as far in the bag as our national press.
NO ONE ever heard of this outfit, or ever cared about any story they ever wrote, but they start bring up the adoption thingy, and Michelle goes postal;...faciltated by some nefarious Nairobi contact? What’s that all about?
Perhaps some on the African continent are not all that enthused with Odings’a politics and thuggery. This ain’t bean bag.

Judge Surrick is a Clinton appointee, and very probably a republican (he donated to Arlen Specter's campaign years ago). At this time, I cannot get into his head, but wonder two things: (1) if he's taking time because doing the right thing isn't quick and easy, or (2) if he's waiting until right before the election to drop a bomb on the losing party.
Remember too that the real election--the meeting of the electors--doesnt happen until December 15th.
