She is a lawyer. Once you admit to the rule of law [under the US constitution], the differences across the political spectrum narrow considerably.
You can be damn sure that if Obama is elected every Weatherman will get a pardon about 10 minutes after he is sworn in.
Slightly off topic but what are your thoughts on the issues brought up in this campaign, anyone surprised the McCain campaign has not highlighted Obama’s votes on guns and crime, I guess the McCain campaign is scared of losing the moderates and independents but I don’t know why these issues were off the table.
I know crime is not a big topic this election cycle but why not go through all aspects of Obama’s record.

In 1970, in a Marin County Courthouse, Judge Haley was murdered, DA Thomas (my friend's dad) was paralyzed in the resulting shootout.
Jonathan Jackson (1953– August 7, 1970) was an American black activist from California. He was killed by police after entering the Marin County Courthouse with a machine gun to demand the release of his brother, George, from prison. Later that month the Weathermen bombed the courthouse in retaliation.

When another peace activist pointed out that Ayers came from wealth, he answered with an angry slogan: “Bring the war home. Kill your parents.”

As recently as the year 2000, she was serving out the 16th year of a 58-year sentence for the possession of more than 700 pounds of explosives and a stockpile of illicit weapons.
Moreover, the onetime member of a leftist terrorist outfit called “The Family” was also a suspect in a 1981 robbery-gone-awry that left three people dead in Nyack, New York.
