For a guy who just four years ago was running his first statewide campaign, Barack Obama has made startlingly few missteps as a presidential candidate.

A few weeks later, he decided to tape an ad promising voters in southwestern Virginia that Obama would not, in fact, confiscate their guns.)

Because the way I’m portrayed 24/7 is as a freak! I am the latte-sipping, New York Times-reading, Volvo-driving, no-gun-owning, effete, politically correct, arrogant liberal. Who wants somebody like that?
“I guess the point I’m making,” he went on, “is that there is an entire industry now, an entire apparatus, designed to perpetuate this cultural schism, and it’s powerful. People want to know that you’re fighting for them, that you get them. And I actually think I do. But you know, if people are just seeing me in sound bites, they’re not...”

Considering how much the NYT despises gun owning, religious white males it really bewilders me how they would even want their support. It speaks volumes about how stupid they really think they are.

They NRA has been running tons of ads, you have not been paying attention, Obama tried to intimidate radio stations in PA to stop running ads about Obama’s gun grabbing positions.

The answer is obvious to everyone but the NYT - NO! No American (regardless of color) is going to vote for Obama. The media and the pollsters are just setting up for riots - gives the media more job security. It’s not real. It’s not true. So many of us know that.
I personally saw ads he was running in Amarillo, TX that were crafted to look like NRA ads supporting him. I did contact HQ about that, and I think that they have been pulled. We dont need Obama bin Lyin in the big chair.

Webb sold his soul to the devil (obama). Anything for power. He’s going to mighty surprised when he has to vote for banning those guns that he promised those Virginians would not be banned.

if the media actually did their job and reported on obama like they did for Joe the plumber then obama’s numbers would be at least 20 down
In many minds, a vote for Obama is like “sticking it to the man.”

Obama has a long, long record of support for gun control, abortion on demand, and wealth redistribution. Now he claims to be a moderate to the right of McCain. Only an extremely gullible person would fall for it.
I’d say about 1/3 of voters like Obama because they know he’s really ultra-liberal, and they like it. They know he’s lying like crazy to get elected, but that’s fine so long as he gets elected. In other words, the ends justify the means. These people are basically evil (what else can you call people who want to steal from their fellow citizens, use deceit to win elections, and use greed/envy/racial animosity to gain support?).
The middle 1/3 either just aren’t paying attention or have fallen for the disinformation. They are essentially decent people who tend to be conservative, but they only know what the MSM feeds them. It is this 1/3 that will decide the election if we can only get through to them.
The final 1/3 know what Obama intends and oppose it (that’s us, the good guys).
I really doubt gun toting, etc will vote for Obama and he knows it. His PR people have to have something to do. They sure don’t tell the truth.
Other than he wants their vote, OBAMA HAS NO USE FOR GUN-TOTING, CHURCH-GOING WHITE MEN.
My question: Just what does the Obama presidency hold for this demographic? If you can answer that question, then you will know how they will vote.
Media whores are reality show wannabes looking to hit the lotto: anchor desk, where you wear your sportscoat and fake tie over shorts and nikes.

American Rifleman absolutely devastated the democratic ticket in this month’s magazine. We’ve already distributed copies of it to people we know who are on the fence.

Why? Hell, I'm PROUD of you! Some folks might say that the kind of intense liberal indoctrination you suffered all those years might have doomed you to the dark side irretrievably. You found your way from the darkness to the light, maybe others will too. Besides, other than the left wing brain washing on social issues (even the University of Alabama -- MY alma mater--gets that) an Ivy League education is still top drawer creds for a great job.
