I recently had an appointment with the local SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE. Before they would let me discuss my benefits, I HAD TO SHOW THEM A CERTIFIED COPY OF MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE!
And BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA thinks he can become President of the United States of America without showing his? What unmitigated gall! He makes me long for the days with the Clintons.
I realize it sounds unbelievable but, if the intent by those who chose That 0ne, was to move him along, they would stop at nothing....
Because Rush, Hannity, Levin, or any of the other conservative talk shows don’t take it seriously, either....
It seems to me that the standing issue is a no-brainer. The POTUS, in essence, is an employee of the voter. He does not hire us, we hire him. We ceretainly do, in light of that, have standing to know whether or not Obama meets the basic qualifications.
I agree with you, except I am really, really glad the clintoons are not in the picture.
It is about the fuhrer not having to respond to a petty complaint of a mere citizen.
Show us the birth certificate, Barry and the matter will be closed.
This is actually a remarkably simple lawsuit of fact. To read anything into it other than that this is inherently wrong.
That is, there is no debate needed. Either Obama has and can present the documents to the court without delay, or he cannot. No matter what determination is reached by this judge as to the authenticity of the documents, the matter must be appealed directly to the US Supreme Court, because only they have the authority to enjoin the Electoral College.
This must be done in any event, because it is a gap in the US constitution that must be filled—the determination of who is eligible to run for the office of the President of the United States.
As such, it is just as important as the 25th Amendment, that was created to fill another such gap. Only if the SCOTUS acts now, will there be a future mechanism for any candidate to assert eligibility, without the US congress having to create another amendment.
In our business we try to avoid formal (lawyerly) contracts whenever possible (yes, a handshake still works!). Our stated position is that if it takes lawyers to put it together it will take lawyers to take it apart. Note how they (lawyers) win in either event.
Here's an analogy: the same people who manufacture radar detectors manufacture radar guns. They win whichever side of the radar you happen to be on.
I just don’t think that’s the case. I don’t think Obama planned on getting sued over this matter, especially by a DNC strongman like Berg. There are enough people out there right now that probably know about this case that could change their minds and vote for McCain because of this uncertainty.
There’s enough evidence out there that Obama’s birth certificate he provided to Factcheck is a horrible forgery.
Need A freeper’s help taking and converting the following page to a format that we all can use to send to blogs and post of course here on Free republic that will give the user instant hot links to click on so that all parties we send the information to can see the various pleadings of the Berg law suit.
Does anybody know how to do this so that we all can send to freinds and to all media outlets with the info mation on Berg Vs. Obama.

It doesn’t make sense for Obama to NOT deal with this by giving his certificate UNLESS his natural citizenship is doubtful (I can’t believe the Clinton’s didn’t unearth this if true) but MORE likely, the birth certificate is different than his name now, i.e. he is either Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama OR just Barry Denham.
I think the latter is more like it. If he TOOK the name of Hussein, it would be a lot different to people than if he was given it at birth (hence the weird way he mentioned this at the Al Smith dinner...about “whoever gave him his name” what was THAT about!
I’ve always said if Obama told the truth about his life it would have been far more interesting, that second book of his was so boring I couldn’t get ast chapter 2.
I saw on another website a clipping in the newspaper during the time,that he was born. His mother was listed as Mrs. Obama, now why not that on the birth certificate-it doesn’t match.
Just speculation on my part and with tin foil hat firmly affixed, but perhaps Berg got a copy of the Kenyan BC only after Corsi returned and has not had time or opportunity to append the original suit??
Reading your post again helped... also because showing “the world” a Kenyan BC would give the media and others time and opportunity to “prove” it was not real. It’s better to file to require BO to prove he’s a citizen than for Berg to try to prove he’s not.
