yes the supreme court would have something to say.
But keep in mind the supreme court can be over ruled. The founders envisioned this to keep the court in check.
So as long as the president has the backing of congress he cannot be removed even if the court thinks otherwise.

The Clintons were loved by George Soros and the one world crowd because they were useful to the cause, not because they were loyal. Therefore, they could be discarded when Obama came along.
Obama is owned by the one world crowd. He's one of them. Unlike the Clintons, I do not think he will occassionally do something right because it is popular.

We never had a situation quite like this!
Remember originally Mr President was John Q Citizen before he became Mr President and he was supposed to go back to being John Q. Citizen.
We not only have the “Imperial Presidency” we now have the career politicians as the “nobility”!
There needs to be term limits from city councilman to county commissioner to Congress.

We have term limits in OK for Governor and for our Legislature. I would love to see them at all levels. I am tired of career politicians!
