Why the MSM is dead Wrong (They have a Problem Houston)
10/20/2008 | James Napolen Murphy II

Posted on 10/20/2008 4:03:39 PM PDT by jimmur281974

November 4th judgement day will arrive. When Barack Obama loses the general election (And my bet is HE WILL LOSE) there will be mass rioting in major US Cities, not because of a "so called" Bradley effect but because of a GROSS NEGLIGENCE perpetrated by the MSM in there Polling numbers and general propaganda tactics.

To date all the polls generally assume the enthusiasm of the Democratic base will outjuice that of the Republican. Oh really? Numerous things just don't add up. In plain speak "something stinks Houston." It's the Main Stream Media Stupid!

Here are a few things to Ponder:

Party Enthusiasm:

Measuring and factoring Enthusiasm in internal polling. Nearly all the polls slant dramatically to Obama and the Democratic ticket....... The perception? The Republican party (even with Sarah) are just not excited to vote this go round. The Reality? Not so fast my friends!!

#1 If one follows the election closely, report after report after report suggests McCain's and Governor Palin's rallies are ,for the most part, unprecedented in turnout. Coincidence? A campaign and county official in New Hampshire last week stated at a "Palin Rally." "I have NEVER seen anything like this in my 40 years of working in elections." Stories abound just like this one. Coincidence? I think not.

#2 There is a continued gross oversampling of Democrats in nearly all swing states and National polls. Also there are an absurd amount of independents and republicans that are "leaving" McCain. Oh Really? I think not!

#3 Sarah Palin:

(a) Highest TV rating ever for VP Acceptance Speech (B) Highest VP Debate rating since 1992 (Sorry Joe they weren't watching you) (C) Highest SNL rating in 14 Years (Sorry Tina)

Contrast these figures verses her declining favorabilty ratings, Women voting heavily for Obama and Semi"Colon" Powell's bashing of her qualifications. Hey MSM! Someone is sure interested? A coincidence? I Think Not!

# 4 Why would anyone believe that Barack "Ayers" Obama could pull 50 percent of the American Electorate? A feat that hasn't been accomplished in 40+ years. Will it happen this election?

Several things are at work here and the MSM wants you desperately to buy in and believe them ALL. #1 Folks this is SUPPOSED to be a Blue year. Bad Economy + Unpopular sitting President = Barack Obama LANDSLIDE? Why, Obama... HE MUST be the chosen one? It's a No Brainer America! Wake up! Drink the Koolaid AMERICA. Vote Obama!! You Must! or... else ... This is the ploy. This is the shallow reasoning they (Pollsters) apply to their oversampling.

Remember! The AMERICAN PEOPLE will decide this election NOT the MSM. The AMERICAN PEOPLE will stand up against SOCIALISM. The AMERICAN PEOPLE will come to terms that Barack Obama is NOT qualified to be POTUS.

Does the MSM pull the Lever?

I Think Not!!

Reason #5

I met Joe the Dog at yesterday's McCain rally. His owner said he was registered to vote in 28 precincts by ACORN. He will be voting for McCain.

(seriously, I did meet Joe the Dog at the rally yesterday)

Last time the great sleeping giant of Middle America woke up in a fright over Socialists in the White House, i.e. Bill and Hillary, it was 1994, and we know what happened then. Middle America will will come out in numbers great enough to WIN on election day!

I live deep in a white Democrat area of Cleveland and the Obama signs are extremely RARE. I see some McCain signs which could be a good omen in this ward that re-elects Kucinich.

Election day will be very interesting.

I prefer the mass rioting that supposedly goes with McCain’s election over the depressing silence that will accompany 0’s election.

The entitled one is gonna be upset on November 5th when all he has is a bunch of lawyers whining about why he didn’t win the states that ACORN fixed for him.

Bottom line is Dixiecrats aren’t voting for him. Seniors aren’t voting for him. Soccer moms aren’t voting for him. And blue collar whites aren’t voting for him.

That leaves, blacks, leftists and elitists. And as far as elitists go, my bet is they aren’t voting for him either.

Well, looks like the media is doing a good job rigging the impression Obama will “win”. But!!! Historically, when conservative America speaks, the candidate conservative America votes for wins with a landslide.

Reagan & Congress 1994.

Palin is a true conservative and McCain is running as a conservative - more than Bush was, that’s for sure.

Couple that with an extreme socialist running on the opposite ticket, McCain will win.

Yeah, unfortunately, the GOP took over and in a mere 12 years turned the government near-socialist. They caved on one issue after the other to be liked. Notably, the RNC and several R Senators and Congressmen got on board the illegal alien mess. They got their arses handed to them in ‘06. The public figured, if we’re gonna have socialism, might as well have the real thing. One would hope the GOP has learned its lesson. Just don’t bet on it.

I have given out over 1000 bumper stickers here in Florida personally at sign-waving events. You would be surprised to know that not all Blacks are for Osama. Many Christian Blacks want McCain and vote with their heads instead of their skin color.

I am flying home to Texas expressly to vote. My work has had me in Washington state since February and now they're sending me to southern California until I go back to Iraq in January. I'm taking a week of vacation to go see my wife and kids and to MAKE SURE MY VOTE IS CAST FOR McCAIN/PALIN!

We're talking I would crawl over broken glass to vote in this election. I bet I'm not the only conservative Republican who feels this way.

Whoever wins, they will get years of mileage out of the chaos they knowingly helped to create exactly for that purpose.

I live in Oakland, and there are about 3-1 Obama signs in my neighborhood.

Liberal, bespectacled, deathly pale, coffee swilling “Progressive” whites who hate the society that made them middle or upper-middle class are the ObamaBots that I fear.

They hate their own people. If 95% of whites voted for McCain and Wesley Clark crossed party lines and endorsed McCain, like any other slight against a minority, the MSM would SCREAM racism and bigotry.

Duke Lacrosse
Jesse Jackson “cut that ni***ers nuts off” utterance
Al Sharpton
Channon Christian murder

The reality is that we know what happens when 85% of all interracial crime is committed by minorities on whites, despite what the MSM denies.

The incredible double standard will just make the races more suspicious of each other, not unite them.

I’m with you on that page. An Obama loss means riots because the election has been stolen or because Amerikkka is just racist.

An Obama win means riots because, damn it, it’s time to get even and Barry won’t bother to do anything about it.

I said over a year ago, Obambi will set back race relations in this country by 40 years.

I believe the MSM is (by and large) in the tank for Obama. There is a lot of projecting, wishing, and push polling going on to make what they hope a reality.

I also believe that the reality on the ground is quite different and that the Obama campaign senses it as do others and that their attempts at fraud and other more shady methods of impacting the election are a result of it.

As much as I hate being reminded of this, Carter got 50.1% in ‘76. But that was in the aftermath of Watergate and we had a miserable candidate who made a huge gaffe in a debate. Things are bad for the brand now, but not THAT bad.

As Rush has said, this race is about Obama, the International Man of Mystery. The more the public sees him, the more he sinks. McCain needs to throw everything at him: Wright, Odinga, Phleger.

I wouldn’t hold out much hope for the rioters, at least in cities accustomed to riots. In South-central LA, I suspect that the LAPD are more than willing to be brutal against rioters.

And the Korean neighborhood will be a heavily armed camp. Any rioters who go in there will be dead rioters.

Other cities, such as Boston, Detroit, Indianapolis, East St. Louis, etc., will depend on their police for protection. And I’m not expecting a very lenient attitude about anywhere.

The biggest potential for destruction will be, of course, where the government has disarmed its citizens.

I just talked to my koolaid drinking brother. He has a bad case of Bush derangement syndrome and believes that there is a widespread problem with the Republicans preventing people from registering.

And, he doesn’t think ACORN is a problem, since the dead people won’t vote anyway . . . the mind boggles.
