The same people who have been accusing President Bush, and the Republicans, of infringement of our privacy, individual rights, civil liberties, what have you, are thrilled to death to know that “their side” would quickly implement policies to do exactly those things to anyone dissenting their views. Furthermore - unlike Republicans - they would carry them out. Tolerance is a one way street in Leftville, as we all know.

Leftist views, or actions, haven’t been affected by Republican policies. If that were the case, quite a number of them would be chatting with Julius and Ethel Rosenberg these days (figuratively speaking).

I think poor Elizabeth Hasselbeck (sp?) is a perfect example of the left’s idea of balance and fairness on the airwaves.

To be followed by “net neutrality” meaning conservative blogs will be shut down.

Why can’t we send these would-be tyrants to jail?

They are not in fear of that.

We used to show up at their houses with torches, pitchforks, tar and feathers.

That's the only thing they understand.

No, what they understand are lawsuits, election losses, and loss of freedom.

You, sir, are very astute. Thanks for bringing that up. Net Neutrality, despite its stated intent of protecting bandwidth allocated to lower-end, lower-priced content (and by extension non-mainstream speech), it effectively establishes a system of governmental control on content. The government will control the architecture.

Absolutely chilling. I heard the interview. Bingaman just ducked, dived and dissembled.

Did you hear Mark Levin going after this creep on his show tonight? Brilliantly insightful. If you missed it, go to www.marklevinshow.com and you can stream tonight’s show.
