I don’t see how someone could be foolish enough to think that they can effectively lie to police detectives.

These guys are pretty sharp and they put their best ones on cases like this.

Go figure. Now this girl will permanently be known as a liar.

You don't even have to be that sharp to figure it out - putting aside the "B" for a moment (although I have a feeling that set off plenty of alarms in their minds), if you say you went to an ATM machine, the first thing the cops are going to do is get the ATM footage. You have a camera not even two feet from your face. At first, they are probably just looking to see if the suspect was hanging around the ATM machine and see if they can get a good image of him, but at some point, they'll wonder why you aren't showing up even though you told them you went there to use it.

It just makes me mad when these weird peole do these things. Although there ahve been others who posted videos and police reports of people tearing up the signs because they were for McCain.

A YouTube video of her making posters that look like something 1st graders could make (and she talks about using a razor to make clean cuts). She's not a very bright bulb. The fact that she lied about going to Texas A&M versus Blinn speaks volumes.

She'll be jailed for making false reports, and possibly fined to cover police expenses, etc., but I don't know how you can punish this person for what they did, because they made Palin and McCain look bad - Palin I believe called her a few hours after it was first reported, and McCain called her later.

They were interviewing people on TV earlier, and granted it's the MSM being selective, but there were people who were going on about how "everybody's got to vote, because this is the kind of dirty tactics that Republicans pull".

She's not going to cost McCain the election - she might get a few thousand more Obama supporters who weren't going to vote to go out and vote, but that's nothing. It is less than two weeks before the elections though, and this could have been a lot worse and a lot more embarrassing. Make no mistake - Obama's campaign will bring this up over the next few days, either directly or indirectly.

One angle that a lot of people aren’t looking at is that this could be an Obama campaign plot to purposely crack the McCain campaign. The media is taking the tack that this badly sullies the McCain campaign because they are trying to wrongfully paint Obama’s people as goons.

Maybe the girl was recruited by Obama people to go do volunteer work for the McCain side, then concoct this badly executed plot to get caught on purpose. Since it was a poorly-executed false accusation from the McCain side, it makes the McCain side look like crap. Then the Obama side can sit back and say ‘Geez, look at what the McCain campaign has come to—hatching plots to wrongly accuse pro-Obama blacks of being thugs.’ The news media would be only too happy to pile on.

So maybe this girl wasn’t really a McCain loyalist, but an Obama loyalist who did this to make the McCain camp look bad when she was “accidentally” caught. At this point, I have no idea, I’m just saying that it could be possible. We may never know.

She wasn't an Obama loyalist, she was a Ron Paul supporter initially. In one of the other threads, there are photos of her with Ron Paul supporters and Ron Paul himself.

Personally, I think she's nuts. I know that's not a very politically correct thing to say - the politically correct thing is that she was some supporter of somebody who wanted some attention, but I'll still go with her being nuts and locked up for a while.

And for all of those who got upset with those of us who questioned her and pointed to her black eye as proof, that black eye magically went away when she was arrested by the cops - the news footage shows no black eye. A good case of magic marker or black mascara.

if anyone bothers to read the entire story, you will learn, the b is backwards (as in a mirror) and scratched very lightly into the surface of the skin, (as in a self inflicted wound). if it was done by someone else, the amount of struggling the girl put up would’ve cause multiple bruises and an extremely gory “b”. im just as republican as the next person, but jumping to conclusions without checking ALL the facts gives us nothing but blind hatred and an unclear scapegoat.
