(CNN) — Scott McClellan, the former White House press secretary who sharply criticized President Bush in his memoir last spring, told CNN Thursday he's voting for Barack Obama.

"From the very beginning I have said I am going to support the candidate that has the best chance for changing the way Washington works and getting things done and I will be voting for Barack Obama and clapping," McClellan told new CNN Host D.L. Hughley

McClellan, a onetime Bush loyalist whose scathing critique of the president sent shock waves across Washington last spring, has long hinted he was leaning toward the Illinois senator

MacClellan and Powell are both claiming/admitting they lied us into the war in Iraq.

Funny how Obama’s attracting the admitted liars.

I think that shows his stripes.

Since when did CNN hire D.L Hughley as a host/anchor/reporter? He’s a Bill Maher disciple. I like him on SITCOMS, but can’t take him seriously as a news host.

OBTW, Scott McClellan is a douche.

Further evidence of Bush’s bad judgement. He failed to clean out the Clintonites when he took office, appointed a bunch of closet Democrats, and then spends his whole administration fighting the backstabbing, second-guessing, and continuous leaks.

Bush certainly has a knack for picking team members that are willing to stab him in the back. Powell being another example.

For all of Bill Clinton’s faults, his people for the most part remained quite loyal to him, even to this day.

Both McClellan and Powell were fired from the Bush administration, one for incompetence and the other for being disloyal and cowardly. Yes, I am saying that Powell was both disloyal and cowardly for covering up the fact that someone on his staff was the guily party who leaked information about Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson.

of you don’t believe in something (except yourself) you’ll fall for anything (except yourself, which you’ve probably already fallen for...)

thus...

if you don’t don’t believe in something higher than yourself, you will fall for anything...

obviously McC had no chance from the get-go

IMHO, GW could have been a great president if it was not for his insistence on selecting losers as teammates (Powell, McClellan, and others). Rove may be considered a ‘magnificent bastard’ but he sure as hell did not advise well on administrative appointments........

“Isnt That Special?”

As in Special Loser.
Who cares what he thinks.
He most likely was a fraud from day one.
Ever wonder who was leaking so much from the Bush Whitehouse.
Anyone notice the leaking stopped after he left.

Answers a lot of questions...huh.

Could he still be prosecuted for leaking secrets.

Wonder how much damage he did while he was there???

Scott McClellan is just another pimple on the butt of the body politic. Who cares what a professional flack has to say? Why would anybody care? He is nothing but a hireling and somebody else has hired him. May he rot in hell with the rest of his mediocre media ilk. What did he ever do that was worth what he was paid anyway? Scottie is the sort of parasite that gives that term a bad reputation.
