I guess our brilliant constitutional lawyer never heard of the 10th Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Fox just covered it. I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for the rest to do so.
Yes. Until they are forced.
Then they will be dismissive, and it will be swept under the carpet as old news.
as my second favorite grown woman in the world would say... you betcha!
there is so much I could do with that...
alas I'm sitting with our 2 year old, should remember my maturity
It does no good to spend time on the bias of the news media. It’s a given. Ignore and shun them.
The link that Drudge has posted says the video has been taken down. Drudge hasn’t changed his page yet. You would think he would be all over that. Why did youtube pull the video?
I can see that the drive-by media is all over this, as usual. But to hell with them. We have to spread the word ourselves.
No. These are professional journalists who have standards and ethics. They can't hurry a major story like this. They need to check the context and the validity of the recording, along with the accuracy of the transcript. They have a responsibility to cover this open admission of Obama's communism and his lack of respect for the Constitution in a fair and responsible manner. Just give them until a week from Wednesday, and they'll be ready to do it right.
It's not as simple as a story on why Piper is a bad sister for holding Trig when she might drop the baby, or a story on why Sarah should have aborted Trig, or on whether Sarah is even Trig's mother, or Bristol's social life. Those are "obviously" fair game and require no research.
Yes, Sarah Palins choice of socks is much more important.
They will continue to ignore it. The McCain campaign knows that people start paying attention this week and there are a lot of undecideds out there. This should scare the electorate into voting for McCain.
I looked at CNN, MSNBC, ABCNEWS websites. I found out the republican party was now no longer interested in a McCain win...just trying to avoid a landslide that ‘would take several election cycles to recover from’
Oh yeah, I” also found out that Palin had a ‘Diva Problem’ and had gone ‘Rogue’.
MSNBC has made their much anticipated announcement that Obama has gone over the 270 mark....which doesn’t make sense if Zogby and Rasmussen are tightening in the national race, and the state races are getting tighter.
Fox didn’t disappoint - they have it as a headline.

Mike Gallagher made it the focus of his last half hour, then brought on Joe Wurzelbacher to emphasize the points.
Is there a transcription available for the audio? I want to blog the heck out of this! Youtube will pull it if it is negative for their squirrely messiah Barack. We need a transcript.
“No. Obamas people will be forced to go on defense. This all coming before his huge address to the nation. Make no mistake, this one will hurt Hussein bad...”
I want Obama and his Obamatron legions crippled. Crippled by the truth on election day.
And I’m hoping this will open people’s eyes. We already know the truth. Pray that our fellow Americans do in time.
