Every man, they announce, owns an equal share of the technological benefits created in the world. Createdby whom? Blank-out.
Frantic cowards who posture as defenders of industrialists now define the purpose of economics as 'an adjustment between the unlimited desires of men and the goods supplied in limited quantity.' Suppliedby whom? Blank-out.
Intellectual hoodlums who pose as professors, shrug away the thinkers of the past by declaring that their social theories were based on the impractical assumption that man was a rational beingbut since men are not rational, they declare, there ought to be established a system that will make it possible for them to exist while being irrational, which means: while defying reality. Who will make it possible? Blank-out.
Any stray mediocrity rushes into print with plans to control the production of mankindand whoever agrees or disagrees with his statistics, no one questions his right to enforce his plans by means of a gun. Enforceon whom? Blank-out.
Random females with causeless incomes titter on trips around the globe and return to deliver the message that the backward peoples of the world demand a higher standard of living. Demandof whom? Blank-out."
Folks around here are certainly doing the heavy lifting that McCain/RNC/MSM can’t (won’t) do.
Eight days to change the game.
It can, must, and will be done!
The constitution does not promise EQUALITY. It restrains government in order to promote FREEDOM! The two are not compatible, and for government-sponsored EQUALITY to increase, FREEDOM must decrease!
change happens from the bottom up
That’s what the Khmer Rouge was about.
“Its utterly amazing that the McCain campaign has to depend on us for their opposition research. Sheesh.”
Many of us assume the political consultants know more than we do.
But in many areas they don’t. They live in a artificial incubator and lose focus of what really matters to people.
The McCain campaign has had some good moments, but has been asleep at times.
One mistake I think they make is this. They almost need to go to a basic level on why the free market is a preferable system over a government controlled system.
The reality is that the Obama campaign, and many Democrats do not have this belief. They do not believe in free market capitalism.
The McCain campign needs to remind voters of this truth. Our nation was founded with this at it’s core, that individuals are better decision makers than government. And that govenments become tyrannical over time.
It needs to be Morning In America again.
I thought it was interesting how Obama still uses Socialist lingo like "fairness"--he is an ideologue to the bone...
Good to see you MrSmith. You elevate FR when your around.
A pity Jim Gilmore is gonna get beat by Warner but at least you don't have to suffer the other Warner any more.
