Cant absentee ballots be challenged? A challenge should be mounted if the outcome were to be overturned by absentee votes.
Absentee votes follow the trend of the election, and shouldn't change the outcome.

In Cuyahoga County they switched to optical scanners. Used the computer touch screens in 2006 but not anymore.

Yep, and once you get an absentee/early ballot, your name is checked, and if you DON’T vote, on election day if you try to vote you must take a provisional ballot.

Absentees do. No one knows about this “early voting.” So far, more Dems have requested ballots, but a higher % of Republicans have requested ballots in Franklin Co. (Columbus). Don’t know the state numbers. We have a theory that this may actually benefit us. Tell you about it after we win.
