LOL... Yeah, and they’ll face three people that have continually handed the ATF their butts in court in my case since..

1. I am not beholden to sell to any particular entity including the Government. Should the BATFE or any government body mess with us, I will close my doors and seal the R&D work so no one gets a hold of it. It will be their loss more than mine.

2. If they don’t like it, they will have to do without the firearms my company produces. They can go elsewhere.

3. I don’t have to sell to any individual. I’m a manufacturer and I’ll sell only to FFL’s if it comes to that.

Read my company policy on my website. We mean it. If a prohibited entity acquires one of our firearms and it is sent in for service, we will render the firearm non-functional according to BATFE regulations and return it in compliance with the law. WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE LAW ENFORCEMENT EXEMPTION IN FIREARMS LAWS.

That’s the nice thing about R&D work, especially the kind we do. They know that we are working on some very exciting stuff and if they mess with us, they don’t ever get to touch it.

Read my company policy on my website.

I would if I knew where it was.

Whoops. Found it. It's misspelled in your tagline.

You have my profound respect, sir.

If more firearm manufacturers had the same policy as you and Ronnie Barret, well things might be a whole lot better.

The backtracking begins,

Still not good enough as far as I’m concerned.

I’ll second that. No disrespect is meant to FR or any other site, but assuming things posted on the internet under a screen name will always remain confidential is not a good bet.

If Obama wins, the ‘security’ around him will be intense and invasive. Those posting things online out of frustration could run the risk of being accused of making threats. Think of what Clinton/Reno turned the FBI into. Post Patriot Act, with Obama and a possibly fillibuster-proof Dem Congress, I am a little nervous about how government power will be unleashed against ‘crazy gun-nut dangerous right wingers.’

You know your situation better than I do, but I say their not above thievery. And millions would cheer their action if they nationalized you. Keep it up, though...those are gorgeous weapons.

No E-4473 in my shop then...

Sounds like you should put a nice bulletin up prominently displaying that to your customers. Criminy, if you were in Dallas I'd be buying guns there.

NICS is electronic and don’t think for a second that ALL state and federal agencies haven’t created databases to contain and search that data. Every firearm purchase goes through NICS. They already have this information and use it.

As an FFL I am well aware of what goes to NICS and what doesn’t. Right now the only information transmitted about the firearm is whether it is a handgun, long gun, or other (e.g. stripped receiver). Under the e-4473 more detailed information, such as the make, model, serial number, and caliber, would be available to the ATF.
