There are varieties of conservatives. Paleo is one. Pat Buchanan is paleo, as am I. So I read his books. If “they are all the same,” it is only to the extent that each calls attention to an affliction, but they are different afflictions.

I find the criticism of Pat a little confusing, he seems to be arguing the exact same position most us here at FR have with exception to specific policies. I know I have been saying the end of America as a Conditional, Liberty driven country has been eroding away for decades. Just look at our Candidates this year, you have a real life socialist plus (with the plus being on the side of Stalin and Hitler like suppression tactics) and a Democrat running for POTUS. How much more proof do you need that we are a long way towards the destruction of the principle that is America?
