Four years of Hillary would be heaven next to Obama. If this would have been a campaign of McCain vs Hillary, we could have had a lively above board campaign. The fact that when anyone questions anything about Obama, he or she is labeled racist has taken so much out of this campaign.

I can't understand why 95% of the blacks are not racist for voting for a black man, when 50% of whites are racists who might vote for a white person. If both candidates had the same philosophy, then it would be a lot more understandable, but that isn't the case.

The big question here is “Who has standing?” I would like to think that any public official who has taken the oath to uphold the constitution has standing. The lower courts have all passed on Philip Berg because he has not shown that he has been damaged, at least not yet.

Exactly what difference did he make?

• He is dead, along with thousands of other protesters.
  
• The event resulted in no improvement for political dissidents.
  
• The event has been excised from all Internet sites in China, to the point where if you Google Tienanmen square over there you get nothing related to this.
  
• Despite all this the whole rest of the world continues to kiss their big read a**.
  
• Despite the moment being seminal in the consciousness of the Western world, they overwhelmingly support Obama.

So please tell me, what am I missing?

Ruling to come on Obama birth case in Ohio tomorrow.

“A Warren County magistrate said he’ll decide tomorrow whether Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has to get proof that Barack Obama was born in the United States.”

“David M. Neal, a Turtlecreek Township resident who runs a political Web site, filed suit last week, saying state and federal government leaders have failed to verify that Obama was born in Hawaii, instead of Kenya.”

“Neal contends that Obama should be removed from the Ohio ballot if Brunner can’t confirm that Obama was born in the United States.”

No one knows for sure what happened to him. No one even knows his name. I found the following in Wikipedia:

After blocking the tanks, the man climbed up onto the top of the lead tank and had a conversation with the driver. He is believed to have said, "Get out of my city, you are not wanted here." VIRGINIA CASE UPDATE:

The Virginia court is supposed to rule tomorrow or Monday on the case pending there.

"As we expected the State's first line of defense was that they don't have the authority/responsibility to verify the eligibility of the presidential candidate, only the electors and that the only entity that can determine presidential eligibility is the Congress at the time the electoral votes are counted. The judge seemed favorably impressed with this argument, and frankly I think this is our biggest hurdle. But the judge made the state proceed on our other arguments anyway. The state presented a copy of the certification of live birth that looks basically like the one posted on the Obama website, but this one had a certificate number, a stamped seal, and an authentication signature stamped. It was presented with an affidavit from a Hawaiian official attesting to authenticity and explaining how it was prepared and what it means etc. I don't have that in front of me right now, but will give more details later. We presented all of the arguments on the COLB issue and presented all of the arguments on the adoption issue. The judge did not seem to be inclined to accept our view of the law, he cited the State's brief several times regarding the law. In the end, we were able to present every argument we wanted. The Judge said that he would take the matter under consideration and issue his ruling on Friday or Monday. I looked for media, but didn't find any. Perhaps they were all covering what was going on at city hall - I don't know what that was, but there were a lot of fire trucks and closed streets. As soon as we get a ruling we'll post it here if we can get the web site to work. Hopefully we won't get lost in all of the fundraising appeals and press releases."

HAWAII GOVERNOR DENIES SEALING OBAMA RECORDS

"World Net Daily is reporting that Barack Obama's birth certificate has been sealed by Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle. ....

However, Lingle’s spokesperson says that isn’t true and he’s requested a retraction from the news organization.

Russell Pang, chief of media relations for the Office of the Governor, says the claim that the governor sealed Obama’s birth certificate records is false. “The Governor has not mentioned anything relating to this matter,” Pang says.

Under Hawaii State law, the vital record is not public and no one but Obama or someone he designates can get a copy. ....
