What Bubba is saying, in effect (and he knows it) is that Obama doesn't have a clue about how to handle the economy. These are not "off the cuff" remarks. Clinton always chooses his words carefully in order to obtain the desired result.

I think you people are getting carried away:
1) I looked at the video twice and didn’t think there was anything negative about it. The economic crash was an extremely complicated matter that no one person no matter how wise would want to act on without a lot of counsel.
2) Even if this was negative I don’t see anyway to use it in an ad or as a talking point.
