Ahhh, but that was last week before he was running out of time on the law suits and suddenly he felt the need to cancel the campaign for a few day to rush to dying granny's death bed without bringing along the grandkids and Michelle. Of course he only spent an hour with her so there was plenty of time to dot the i's and cross the t's and tell the webmaster to take his sister's doctored copy off his site.

In another article/thread the official said that Obama’s records are in order. That’s a long way of claiming that Obama was born in Hawaii.

I have a basic issue with this, and it goes beyond Barack Obama, because this is a Constitutional issue.
I agree with many people who maintain we shouldn’t waste our time on it, etc. True enough, but there is no reason we cannot multitask to include this.
I have an issue with this because the Constitution of the United States states in Section I article II: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States”
This is not a privacy issue. It is not a State Rights issue. It is a CONSTITUTIONAL issue. As a citizens of this country, we should DEMAND this document be made public, not just because of Barack Obama, but because of the increasing numbers of people we are likely to see in the years ahead running for office who DO NOT meet this Constitutional requirement.
There are people who think this requirement is archaic, and there are many who wish to it dropped. I think John Jay was right on the money when he suggested that it might not be a good idea to let foreigners run for the office of the Presidency. His concerns back then are just as legitimate today. The Founding Fathers had given deep consideration to the structure of the government and the drafting of the Constitution, and this requirement is no exception.
I do not want to see us four years, eight years or twelve years from now wondering about the origin of a demagogue running for the Presidency, only to be told that the state holding the birth certificate has decided not to release the document because (INSERT WHATEVER DAMNED REASON HERE THEY WISH TO INVENT)
If some State official decides they want a given alien to be President, they will be able to use this approach.
It could go to the Supreme Court packed with liberal, activist judges and they could legitimately look back at this as a legal precedent to uphold that state’s actions.
So yeah, we should all be focused on his Marxism, socialism, untrustworthiness, racism, atheism and penchant for hanging out with terrorists, but this issue is important too.
As Ann Coulter suggests, if you concede the foundation of a lie to liberals, they will build an impregnable castle on the foundation of that concession.
This is no different.
Just as a reality check, how long does it take a criminal alien to get a fake ID at any friendly neighborhood check cashing/instant photo and passport storefront?

Good question. Also, Obama has to know that the issue of his birth certificate HAS hurt him in his quest for dictator...um, I mean president. No one, no one who wants the presidency as bad as he does would have hid his birth certificate UNLESS THERE IS A REASON IT WOULD HARM HIS ELIGIBILITY TO BECOME PRESIDENT! (sorry ‘bout shouting...but I tell ya, I’ve never seen such a bunch of moose crap in my entire life!)

I am so frustrated over this election.
This guy has not released the most basic info:
1. SAT/ACT LSAT scores.
2. GPA in High School or College.
3. College Thesis.
4. Birth Certificate.

Obama states in his book he found his BC when he was in High school, maybe he brought it back to Hawaii last week and gave it to the health department, so now they do have it.
