(HONOLULU)(November 2, 2008) Here's a little test for you: how many mainstream media have asked to see Barack Obama's original, typewritten 1961 Certificate of Live Birth ('COLB') in Honolulu? As far as we know, none. Only I have actually followed procedures to get access to the document. I have filed a lawsuit seeking access, and have a court hearing scheduled for November 18th in Honolulu.
(Reminder: in 2004, the Chicago Tribune filed a lawsuit to open a stale divorce file of Obama's opponent; this year, the Tribune has been stone cold silent in the face of Obama's intimidation.)
Fox News has led the latest parade of mainstream disinformation. Major Garrett of Fox said Saturday that Hawai'i officials had determined Obama was born in Hawai'i. Whoa. Garrett's claim was confusing, misleading and totally unsubstantiated. Texas Darling is in general agreement with my analysis.
A Hawai'i COLB is only one piece of paper in a complicated evidentiary inquiry involving Obama. No one outside two people from the Hawai'i Department of Health has apparently viewed the original 1961 document. Neither of them has any forensic or legal experience. Health Director Chiyome Fukino is a medical doctor.
She probably dug out the original COLB because the Attorney General of Hawaii asked her to. Does that make sense? Absolutely it does. After all, his office has to appear at a court hearing in two weeks and respond to my lawsuit. That is the way lawsuits progress. Lawyers (AG) consult clients (DofH) and ask for evidence to prepare for court.

Here's what many of us believe but can not fully document yet:
1. Many of us believe that Obama was born in Mombasa,Kenya
2. That Granny Obama swears that she witnessed his birth and is so happy "her grandson who was born here will now be president."
3. Many of us also believe that the BC offered on the web is phony and that Internet experts like techdude have more than proved it to be a phony and
4.That the true BC may have been dug up by Bill/Hill operatives keeping three copies and giving one to Phil Berg who is now suing the state of Pa. to keep Obozo off the ballot and the only reason the suit is progressing through the courts is because he holds that certificate not becuase of the shabby case he prepared,
5. That Obama was adopted at age 6 by Lolo Soetoro,dunham/obama's second husband, has a background as a muslim and was schooled as such.
6. That Obama went to Honolulu in the middle of a heated campaign only to secure the BC there which was sealed when he was adopted. He just wanted to make sure no on can get at it and that there was no incriminating intel at Granny Toots as well.
Those are just a few of the things tha many of us believe to be true.
We will never see the original becasue it says :

Come on, Obama is followed everywhere by a horde of media. If he had to rig something with his birth certificate then the last thing he'd do is go himself. He'd send one of his minions to do it for him.
I don't have an opinion about the birth certificate yet, but it surely is very suspicious, don't you think?
I'd be a lot more suspicious if someone could come up with concrete evidence that he wasn't born in the U.S. So far, nothing.

I doubt your theory will be tested, at least before No. 4., but let’s just see if this will work. There is (I believe) a document posted that has been declared, by experts, to be an accurate record of Obama’s birth. What if the authorities, in Hawaii, simply affirmed that. By the way, quite being so danged melodramatic.
In any event, Andy Martin's antics -- particularly his breathless cliffhanger announcements of imminent bombshell news that somehow never transpires, not to mention his endless huckstering -- have pretty thoroughly destroyed what little credibility he ever had.
Could we please dispense with the birth certificate issue... It really is getting rather foolish.

The women is living on welfare, illegally donating to her nephew and living illegally in your country. Barry says he was totally unaware of her existence, even though she was apparently invited and attended his 2005 swearing in and did so.
It is a very straight forward matter to provide a certified copy of a birth certificate. That Obama chose to appeal a court request for one is high suspicious.

The Berg suit got tossed out a week ago. So where's Berg's copy?

The court didn't request it, Berg did. The court ruled that he had no standing to demand it and tossed the case out.
One week Obama announces he has to run off to Hawaii to comfort his "sick" grandmother, after it's announced someone requested to view his B.C. The next week he's in Hawaii where not one DBM reporter follows him to confirm his whereabouts. The very next week the Hawaiian Dept Of Health announces it has an Original "sealed" copy of his BC, which Obama will not let anyone see!

I think there are good chances that Obama was indeed born in Hawaii.
But I want to know what’s on his COLB that he doesn’t want us to see:
Is it because his given name wasn’t Barack Hussein Obama? Maybe Barry something?

There's a second option; provide evidence that Obama wasn't born in the U.S. and it makes the birth certificate irrelevant. That seems to be the tough part.
This is like chasing a roach around the kitchen counter.
The first court requested the birth certificate. Obama **appealed** that first court's ruling. Wow! That is really very suspicious.
Obama could have made this whole thing go away by providing the requested documents ( a very simple matter) when Berg filed the first suit.

If Obama were born in Hawaii these officials would have plainly stated, “Obama was born in Hawaii”. Please notice that they did not do that.
Gov Lingle What the hell is going on! If you are a conservative and believe in the constitution why are you not doing your best to settle this Obama birth certificate problem. Locking up access to the document is idiotic, even third world like. We ALL have to abide by rules or so we are told. Some animals are not supposed to be more equal than others. Few of us are lawyers here, but you do get a sense of overwhelming circumstantial info after a while and if you don't know who techdude is do your own research. I have done plenty of mine.
For some people there is never enough evidence. Last I heard the Berg suit is still in play it was thrown out of one court but is in play in another.

Oh I've been watching this for some time, and it's been very amusing.
We must be thinking of different cases then. The Berg case got thrown out on teh first round. Which court requested the birth certificate and when did Obama appeal it?
Nothing there even suggests that the document (that has been posted) claiming to be an accurate representation of Obama birth bears any resemblence to what the authories have viewed. They could make that statement, if we have seen the document (then why no release a copy from file) ... just say so.

She did not say original Hawaii birth certificate. Under Hawaii law, he could have applied for a Hawaii birth certificate provided he could show his mother was a resident of Hawaii one year prior to his birth. Part of that process is submitting your original birth certificate. So therefore, in accordance with state policies and procedures , they would have his original birth certificate on record. It does not mean it is a Hawaii birth certificate.

I have seen several copies of Obama’s birth announcement from 1961 Hawaii newspapers posted on line. I have also seen the posting of his mother’s enrollment at the University of Washington for the 1961 fall semester. She would have to be one tough mama to accomplish that. One thing that is possible is that Obama was born earlier that summer and brought into the United States when she returned. I don’t know what the status of a baby is, one or two months old, being brought into the United States by it’s American mother. The August birth announcement in Hawaii newspapers also would tend to discredit this possibility.
And I've seen articles that indicate she didn't enroll until spring of 1962, several month's after the birth. A lot of women attend college and care for infants. It's tough, but doesn't fall into the super-hero category.

If Obama were thrown off the ballot, we might get a Hillary for president. Her name would be entered on the ballout, and she could win.
If Obama is disqualified after his election, there is a good argument for McCain to become president. Having a disqualified president is not the same as having a deceased one, and Biden would not necessarily become the president because he did not run for the office of president. In essence, the Democratic Marxist Party will have presented an empty slot for the position of president. The Democratic Marxists presented a candidate that the voters could NOT vote for.
Also....I think the Republican Party officials have a good indication from their specially commissioned polls that Obama will lose.
Hopefully, in the future our legislators will clarify the vetting process for who can run for any elected office.
Our Founding Fathers recognized that our experiment in self rule is built upon a foundation of good will. The Democratic Marxists are not people of good will. We can not write laws tight enough or Constitutions explicit enough to corral and contain evil people. Ultimately the honest among us will be forced to confront and defeat evil.
Finally, I hope the question of criminal fraud will be raised. There are a **lot** of people who were persuaded to donate money to someone who was not qualified to accept it. If Obama is not a natural born citizen ( or even a naturalized citizen) perhaps it may mean prison time for Obama and his minions.

Un-Sealing Jim Ryan's Divorce Rexcords was OK by all, but not showing his Birth Certificate to see of he was born in ANOTHER COUNTRY is not OK??? We are soooo over.
Logical questions demand rational thought to process them. That is missing in most of his followers.
Questions I have:
1. Why would a presidential candidate be willing to take the chance of losing an election rather than release his birth certificate.
2. Why would a candidate be willing to let conspiracy theorists imagine what is in the birth certificate rather than just release it.
3. Why would a candidate feel the need to hire criminal defense attorneys to represent him against members of his own party rather than release a birth certificate.
4. Why would he be willing to subject himself to accusations of fraud and forgery by allowing a forged document to be “Fact Checked” and posted on the internet without correcting the poster.
5. What in the world is on that birth certificate that he doesn’t want us to know about. Or is the search for the birth certificate a red flag to keep us from finding what he is really hiding.
6. What was so important that he would suspend his campaign to visit a Grandmother that he wasn’t close to without taking his children with him to say their goodbyes?
7. Why did the Haiwaiin Government officials feel the need to publically verify that there was a birth certificate in such a mysterious way as to leave more questions than answers.
Since he won’t release his birth certificate I will offer my own conspiracy theory.
I don’t know why he is doing this but it must be something that he feels would not only derail his election but would put him in legal jeopardy.
Obama was born Barry Davis Dunham. He has never changed his name legally to Barack Obama. His birth certificate shows his biological father. If the birth certificate was released, we would be focusing on his father and mothers communist ties and we would never trust his ideas.
No legal documentation is available to prove he is currently an American citizen and he never formally changed his name. He was given scholorships based on his Kenyan birth certificate and therefore perpetrated fraud after he was grown.
His communist ties and writings would be discovered if we searched his true birth name.

One, has anyone seen or heard this tape? Seen a transcript? Gotten any idea when and where it was made? Two, Obama's grandmother Sarah doesn't speak English. Who is talking on the tape? If ther is a tape?

Major Garrett’s report talking about the birth certificate issue.....as if they’ve reported on it before and people knew what he was talking about. This was the first time I’ve heard it from a news guy on Fox....don’t even know if I’ve heard Hannity talking about it. Then when there is “confirmation” from Hawaii it exists he reports on it like “see I told you so” when we’ve never heard anything about outside internet sites...
I’m less convinced of location of birth being somewhere other than Hawaii...than his father may be listed as blank, unknown, or someone else.
