Group protests move, says it restricts free speech
A judge's apparently unprecedented decision Saturday to order a halt to political ads before hearing from the ad's sponsors drew immediate criticism as an unfair restraint of free speech.
Jackson County Circuit Judge Thomas Lister defended his emergency order, which was requested via telephone Friday by state Democratic Party attorneys representing an Assembly candidate in a hotly contested race in western Wisconsin.
Lister will hold a hearing with all parties on the case this morning.
Lister said he was justified in issuing a temporary stoppage until a full court hearing could be held because state election laws might have been violated.
But the Coalition for America's Families, an independent group airing radio ads critical of Democrat Mark Radcliffe, said Lister's actions reeked of partisanship. The group was not notified of the court challenge until it learned of the ruling Saturday, said R.J. Johnson, spokesman for the coalition.

Elections matter, People. Wisconsin serves as a perfect example of what happens when you let the ‘Rats win. Before long, the courts are flooded with liberal judges and you’ll rarely, if ever, get a fair shake, or have Republicans winning local and state elections ever again.
America better get used to this type of behaviour under our Great Leader Obmaba should he be elected..

We should expect more of this if the Democratic (Marxist) Party is ever allowed to gain majority control on the federal and state levels.
*We will never again have a fair and free election. Fraud will guarantee Democratic Marxist rule.
*Our courts will be packed by corrupt judges who will willing lick the boot of their Democratic Marxist masters.
* The nation will limp along for a few years under the allusion that we are still a self-governing republic, but soon that veneer will crack and peel away.
If the courts can do this than what is the problem with ordering Obama to show his vault birth certificate in Hawaii?

The judicial system has been crooked far longer than the media have.
I just read that this “judge” is a party official appointed in July by the Marxist Gov. Doyle. I watch the ads all the time. I have yet to hear ANYONE disprove the facts that the ads portray. Another great day for “Progressives” in Wisconsin.
In future elections, all ads critical of The Anointed One will be barred from television, radio, newspapers, magazines, billboards and the internet.
